This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

It took 7-10 seconds before the recording hung up the connection.

I've never seeked any information from any home security system ever.  I'm reporting caller for calling me who's on the do not call list as I've never had associations with this company or any other.  Robo calls are illegal as well.

This is a cell phone caller too.

There's different "Security Solutions" in the yellow pages of Las Vegas, none have this cell phone listed.

"Security Systems" -- a fake company, I'm sure. Argh. Being on the Do Not Call list means nothing if the companies can't be identified and fined.

It does no good to block numbers from this company nor does it help to report them. They just get a new number and call you from that number. I have a list of 35 different numbers from the same company they call my home phone and cell phone as well.

It was a recorded message saying that I won a fee security system for my home. I hung up. If they call again, I will block the number.

They are con artists trying to get your personal information. They call from multiple fake area codes and phone numbers.

The phone calls will stop for a week or two then start up again.

You would think they would get a clue and stop calling people who are on to their sad little scam.

I received this call early this afternoon about 12:20 PM and I am sick of all of the unknown calls. They don't leave their name, just a bunch of numbers.  We have caller ID and if I don't recognize the out of area codes I don't answer.  Whatever you do, don't pick up.  This is a down economy and the callers better wake up!!!
Whatever they are trying to collect they can collect from Congress and if a telemarketer trying to sell something we don't need it. Bunch of scumbags. They are the ones that need to be in jail.
