No message - not a sound - when phone rolled over to voicemail. Area code is for a part of Nevada. There is a health supplement company based in Connecticut by that name. Question is whether one of their franchisees are running an aggressive marketing campaign.
I am going to email the company then the Federal Trade Commission (source of the Do Not Call registry in which most of us are enrolled).

Multiple phone calls from 703-733-1766, caller ID Vibrant Health, but caller hangs up when I say "Hello"  I am on the DoNotCall List.

Got a missed call from this number bc it only rang for a second. When I called back I kept getting a busy signal... Everyone here seems to think they are trying to sell something? Wtf? ..CREEPY..

Someone from this number called today and when I picked up the receiver, I heard a lady laughing, but when I said hello, they hung up.   I called the number back to ask them not to call me again, but it rang twice with no answer.  I'm really ticked off because I keep grandchildren and the phone ring woke one of them up.  I am on the Government Do Not Call list.

Did not even use those words.  Wrote the short cut for sleep, (zzzz's), and spoke about a nap.

recieved this call but did not answer it.

Got a call from this number and he said he was from vitality plus.  I politely said I was not interested and to please put my number on a do not call list and he slammed the phone down rudely.  I tried to call back.  It rings and rings

This seems to be another call from one of the many Vonage calls I get. It seems to be an autodialer looking for live numbers. In a few days I got calls from Vonage reps soliciting me for service. They have a ton of numbers that call people and click when you answer. Highly annoying!
