Continue to call about a post on Craigslist after repeated request to stop calling.

Sounds like the other 702 numbers- this recorded call has been recieved numerous times wanting to inquire about my classic car- spam!

We've been getting numerous calls from scam/scum outfits who got our number from a Craigslist ad. (And we did list NOT to be contacted by commercial services etc.. Fat lot of good that did!)  I suspect this one is a variation of 702-567-8866, which is also listed in Nevada and has about 12 pages of posts about it on here. So they've just varied their number.
