Same call.  Unsolicited, and no number given to opt-out.

Telemarketer for a auto reseller

It is a call from a company (recorded message) asking if we want to sell our car and if we do, to call a different number. I don't have a car for sale or listed anywhere, and I am registered with the "Do Not Call" list @(888-382-1222).

They called me just a couple minutes ago, i tried to explain to the guy that we are on the do not call list, and we don't have a car for sale, I tried to ask how he got our number. The guy was very rude, screaming at me, and told me that he "doesn't have a f****ng number list" and than I asked again, how did he get our number than? And he started saying even more ruder stuff.

This number and another, 702-251-1182, keeps calling me. When I pick up no one says anything. When I call back it doesn't go to a system where I can reach anyone.  Calls me during the day when I'm sleeping and waking me which is annoying when you work 12-hour graves.

Unsolicited calls started after placing an ad with CraigsList.org. I am on the do not call registry which this company clearly ignores.

This number calls at all hours, I had a number on craigslist saying do not call from commercial, thats it, so that must be where they got it.  I signed up for the do not call and if they continue to call im going to pursue a lawsuit against them for harassment.

I just listed an RV on a couple of websites last week, and I recieved a call from 7028761534 today from a recording asking if I am truly interested in selling my vehicle.

This was a recorded message from a company who "specializes in selling used vehicles".  I had my vehicle (and phone number) listed on AutoTrader.com so they must've gotten it from there.
