got the same call and told me i won the 2.5 million and a 2014 cadillac, and i had to pay 4500 in taxes on the money pack card. I told him i took down all the info and turned it over to the police, he quickly hung up. He said he was from Global International, and that they would be releasing the money to me.

He been running a scam for some time only this time he's US custom agent (James Miller) when ask to provide a badge # none was provided . On to bigger things Sweepstakes where he can scam you out of even lager amounts. The rat race to Walmart and yes a Mercedes was mentioned... How do they sleep at night.

Got a call from this number and the gentleman James Miller told me I won 2.5 million dollars and a mercedes convertible.  They wanted me to go to Walmart and put 350.00 on the Money pack card and call them back with the info from the card

This number calls at all hours. says he is James Miller. I can hear callers in the back ground like its telemarketing. they call over and over. The story was at the start my Room mate won 2.5 million dollars and a porche truck. but they want $650.00 to claim the prize. personally Id like to see the Porche Truck :)
