Called a second time in a few days and hung up. Says out of area and should be local.

I got a call from this number in the evening of 10/29/07 and again the afternoon of 10/31/07.

Have called twice and hung up. Wish whoever they are would stop!

It's a SCAM.  Don't send them any money.  Cops don't solicit over the phone.

Answered the call Friday: the caller asked for a donation to the Colorado Police Benevolence League - Society? Group? can't remember exactly - for the families of officers injured or killed in the line of duty. You give a donation and they send you a sticker for the rear window of the car, etc.

Received 2 calls from this number, they don't leave a message but when I called back it says its a fundraiser.

I called that number it is a fund raiser it says nonprfit org? scam?

Same as the others, received a couple of calls from this number in the past few days.  When I answer, I hear a click and they hang up.
