The call originated from a pay phone service provided by SBC Global. I did NOT call this phone. Someone called to my residence in Maryland from this Nevada pay phone. Since so many people are being plagued by calls from this phone, maybe it is in a very popular accessible location in Nevada? Like a convenience store, a hotel lobby, or a gas station? Maybe even a casino?
