This is a carpet cleaning company, when I press #1 to chew them out, they hung up!

I didn't answer the phone when this number came across, but when I tried to call it back it says "this subscriber is not in service".

Got a call from this number on cell phone.  Wasn't able to answer, glad I didn't.  We're on DNC list too...........will report.  Thanks Who Calls Me..........

I saw that I had a missed call from this number so i called back to see who it was, and my Verizon company said that the number could not be completed as dialed...

I received this call on my cell, which I have registered with the do not call list. Can't return the call to tell them to stop calling, supposedly it is a carpet cleaning company. I hit "1" to talk to them and was hung up on before I could speak.

I received a call on my work cell from this number, i didn't answer but now i know not to in the future...

They keep calling my cellphone. i am on the do not call list.

These jerks keep calling me have no idea how they are getting my number.....i asked who they were and asked not to call me again and the guy  said he was going to call again tomorrow......and hung up!

Received a call from this number this 1214.  Same story as all the others.  I've filed a complaint and noticed that a lot of other have also.  It now Mar 29 so I wonder if the FTC is doing anything about this.  Seems doubtful.

I keep getting a call from this # 702-968-4727, they do not leave a message, When I call it back I get a message that the # cannot be completed.

I've been getting the same call all of this month especially  this whole week for at least two or three times in a day and when I finally called this 702 968-4727 number, it was unlisted. Whoever is doing this better stop or if he/she doesn't, I hope you will go to jail so you better stop calling all of us for no reason!!!

Next time they call (I hope)  I'm going to schedule service and mess with them a bit.

Today my wife got the Robo-dialer call on her cell, then a couple hours later, I got one on mine.  I pressed "1" to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment and was immediately disconnected.  I also previously received a call from them about 2-3 weeks ago.

For Verizon (and I imagine it's similar with other carriers): Go to 1-Menu, 2-Settings and Tools, 3-Phone Settings, 4-Security - you have to Unlock it first (your security/lock code is the last 4 digits of your cell phone number unless you have changed it), 5-Restrict Calls, and choose from Allow All, Block All or Contacts Only.

I guess when you're expecting a call from someone who is not on your Contact List, you can go back in and choose Allow All until you get the call, then you can go back and choose to get your calls from Contacts Only.

I have a new cell phone number (only a month) - I'm with Verizon - wonder if they sold me out?  These people didn't leave a message.  If I call back, I use up my precious minutes - hope they don't call again!

Just got the same call again. This is the 3rd time.  This sucks.  Nobody is doing anything about it.  But I know if you have Verizon you can block it from calling for about 2 to 3 months. I am the DNC list too.

got a call from this number 2 times already, not gonna call back, i am on the do not call list too!!!

I just got a call fr this # about 15 mins ago. When you call back you get a "the # you have reached is out of service..." message! How sneaky & low is that? Am filing a complaint also.

Just got the call on my cell as well. Didn't answer. They left no message.

My husband got a call on  his cell.He missed the call. He's also a law enforcement officer here. Anyways i looked up the number for him and told him what most of you were saying about how your on the DNCL. He said this is probably not an actual company.Rather someone trying to find out your address.When your home when your not home ect..A few of you said you've gotten more than one call so next time they call hes going to play into it and give them the metro address haha.

Where do I file a complaint for this?

I missed a call from 702-968-4727 and when I called it back my phone company said it was a number that was disconnected????? I am not sure why people have to resort to this kind of trickery.!!!

I just got my third call on my cell number.  pressed one and told them I wanted to get my carpets cleaned but wanted to know the name of the business.  She said Carpet Care.  I asked for a local address and she hung up.

I do not know where these people got my number from. I am in the DO NOT CALL list so these type of companies DO NOT bother me. please stop calling otherwise I will report you to the bureau....

called my cell did not leave a message. i tried to call it back and said it was no longer in service. must be a sales caller , some bogus caller trying to sell something. found out by this service thank-you for it.

I have reported this company to the FTC twice, now, and I, too, have not been able to find any information regarding a company called Carpet Care or even any call centers listed in that part of Henderson.
This is the message you receive when you file a complaint online:
"Thank you for filing your complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.
Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action."
For those of you who noticed that nothing has been done to stop this company, please note the wording that the DNC site uses: DOES NOT RESOLVE INDIVIDUAL CONSUMER PROBLEMS and COULD LEAD TO LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTION. "Could"... not necessarily "will."
In order to get something done against this company (or scam, as the case my be) we will just have to keep reporting it, just like Brenda said.  When they get enough complaints and look into the business then some action may be taken.  Until then, I'm going to just keep ignoring the calls from this number and keep reporting them when I do.
