We don't pick up unidentified calls, but this one number kept calling and calling so I picked it up and said loudly "This is phone harassment and we want you to stop calling us and also I think it's illegal so STOP." Never heard anything on the other end, either before or during or after my "remarks.". So far they haven't called in two days. (Hope they don't read this.)
