Got the 3rd call  this day from this number (702) 997-4166, so finally decided to pick up... was asked if this was (a certain person's name), said no... left no message and hanged up!

@ Gerard Kaye   you are 100% right because I am getting the same calls and I too signed up with anthany morrison and now this one with many others keep calling me and its crazy  I posted my number on the federal do not call list and it keeps on coming  I even had to cancel out my email account and start a new one as I was getting  a thousand plus emails a day,  had to cancel out my credit card everything  BE WARE  They got me good,  Dont Be Stupid like I was  They will try to take you for everything and harass the hell out of you.

Some douche keeps ringing me up from this number (707) 997-4166, then hangs up whether I say hello or nothing at all.  Shee's getting old.

They keep calling my phone and hanging up. They do not leave a message and when I call them back it says it's a non working number

same as above calls several times a day .

They call my phone about three times a day and I can't figure out how to block them. Just leave me alone ya jerkwads! Ugh! The struggle is real!

I received 4 calls today and countless in the prior few days from this number. They are elusive about giving information. I requested twice to be removed from this list, but they continue to call. The last caller indicated they were in Phoenix, AZ (though the number registers as Las Vegas, NV) and gave the name of the firm as USA Consultants. She refused and hung up when I requested the address.

Received 10 calls within the last three day.  I do not answer the calls. No message left except for garbled voices.

Evil company with demonic people who enjoy harassing & abusing innocent people: These sadistic people get their jollies calling people REPEATEDLY ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU TELL THEM TO QUIT:  This is some sick & twisted company and we hope they are completely exposed, fined, & jailed!  We are recording, logging, & reporting them to FCC. No wonder people are resorting to violence with scummy freaks like these people who get their kicks harassing others.  

702-997-4166  Up to ten calls a day now.  Only answered once two weeks ago and there was no one there.  Haven't answered since then.  Each day the calls start earlier, go later and become more frequent.  Some ten minutes apart.  Reported to the FCC today.  3/28/2014

They keep on calling with a recording saying that if you don't answer or call them back you will be unable to use your bank account,,,, WUUOOOOOAAAHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....
and i was born yesterday and i am stupid......  Be aware of all the out of area calls  or weird numbers.... never answer nor if you do by mistake.. give any of your info. These are Scammers. I wish they can be sent to jail in one click but in the meantime just download a free application called CALL CONTROL.  It is Blue with a red phone , It is an awesome application to block them. Get it.You will be happy.

I just got a call for the 4th time from this company.  When I told the girl of the phone I already spoke with them on Friday and I am not interested, she said oh really?  Then she said thanks for interrupting me and called me a A-Hole (not abbreviated of course).  Nice way to run a company.

I've been called at all hours of the day and night from this number. i answered one call yesterday and it was somebody offering to help make $2000 extra dollars a month and they wouldn't take no for an answer and i finally told them "I believe in working for my money." and hung up. I've been called 2x today and I answered this last one. They hung up as soon as I answered. They never leave a message. I will filing harassment charges.

I've been receiving calls from this number 702-997-4166 for several weeks now and as with others, they leave no message and when you call back, you get a recording telling you the number is not in service.   I want to know how to get them to stop calling.

Why get call

I keep getting calls from this number half a dozen times a day for the past week & it is pissing me off when I answered it heard people in background but never talked back. I haven't answered since but am still getting the same calls each day. I hate when people don't answer after they called you.

The Apps from IPhone or Android will help you block those number.

I got this call like two days ago. Well if you have Android phone,just download the number block, then it will block this number from blocking or I phone. Apps from those two types of phone will have apps that will block their numbers that you don't want to receive call from will be block.

These people called and the woman left a message full of cursing including the f bomb.  She was talking to someone else rather than actually talking to my voice mail.  Im furious.

This number calls me a lot..never leaves a message same as everyone else call back get non working number which to me means could be a prepaid phone. I answered today heard hard to understand lady run on sentence my name "ismattavailable" that I had to ask excuse me ? She proceeded to say that Obviously I am interested in making money with her company because why else would she have my number..i said uhh no thanks and hung up

This person keeps calling. I don't know who it is. However I am also inclined to think it's connected to Mr Morrison because I get emails from him also

what the heck??answer the phone and they hang up?How can it be a salesman?I researched at home opps at one time and entered phone numbers etc online.Suddenly,I was getting text messages and then $50 and higher cell phone charges.
disputed the charges with the phone company,turned off text messaging.Who are these people??I suspect people lot smarter than we are are using our phones for some nefarious scheme to route reroute code.Aww what the heck just paranoid I guess.

Today 3/3/14 they called 5 times before 3pm. Its a las vegas number and I don't have any friends in vegas, I am trying to work from home so I finally answered annoyed. Here is how it went. (female caller)

Them: Is (My first name only) There
Me: Nope Who's this?
Them: Oh This is a courtesy call we will just have to call back...
Me cutting them off: No don't bother calling back I said no she wasn't here cause she doesn't live here anymore. I have this number on do not call list. So Do not call and waste both of our time.
Them: OH Thanks for letting me know that.

CONSUMERS TARGETED BY "ONE-RING" PHONE SCAM

Known as the ?one-ring? scam, it?s identified as such because con artists use automated, random telephone dialers to call phones and hang up after one ring. The scam artists hope that curious consumers will then dial the number displayed on their missed call messages and be stuck with excessive charges as a result.
If the number is unfamiliar, it is always best to delete the number and forget about it. If the call was important, the caller will leave a message or call back.?

According to the Federal Trade Commission, the one-ring calls originate from phone numbers with a three-digit area code so that a consumer?s initial belief is that the number is from the United States. That?s not the case with these calls, though. The area codes are actually associated with international phone numbers, most often from nations in the Caribbean. The federal agency said area codes used in the scam have been 268, 284, 473, 664, 649, 767, 809, 829, 849 and 876.

If a consumer calls the number back, they can expect to be assessed fees for international calling, as well as expensive per-minute charges. Some numbers involved in the scam are associated with an adult entertainment line and an automatic $19.95 charge is triggered when a consumer calls. Others may connect to an automated message that asks a consumer to hold for an operator, while being charged heftily in the process.

Consumers are urge not to answer such calls and never call the number back. Consumers do not face any fees if they choose not to answer. The only time a consumer would face a charge is if he or she were to call the unrecognized number.
Review every phone bill thoroughly and immediately report any unauthorized or suspicious charges to the service provider. Ask for the charges to be removed from the bill.

File a complaint with the Attorney General?s Consumer Protection Division, the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) or the Federal Communications Commission (www.fcc.gov) if the consumer is a victim of the scam.

calls two or more times a day...I never answered so go away.

If you have a smart phone you likely have a setting to input numbers to a reject list. When a call comes in from a number that is in the reject list, the caller gets a busy signal.  Your phone will not ring but it will record in the call log that a call came from that number.  I have had to put nearly 20 numbers in mine and when a new one calls I just hang up and add it to the list.  I have a samsung exhilerate AT&T phone.
