this unknown female asking for a unknown male in the 909 area code, after the caller called I tried to call 702-997-8943 in North Las Vegas area in the machine say mail box full. this might be another scamm....................

my daughter called me and this number showed up.  When I called it back, got the mail box full message.  Live in Central Florida.  Reverse lookup shows in in Las Vegas.

I received a call from Fernando Alfaro wanting a call back he is a person from our past but he is troubled.

I have received calls from this number as well. Complete insanity. Some puke has found a way to get freebies from the phone company, and get his or her kicks by insulting and threatening innocent people. Call your local Police Department and report this telephone abuse! the more people that call, the more they will do.

On the above date and approximate time I recieved a phone call from this phone number 1-702-997-8943 but did not answer it due to Caller-ID. This was the weirdest phone calls I have had in a while. Out of the blue someone just calls my house. Come to find out this number is designated to a North Las Vegas location. I know no one in that area other than Mr. Garth Brooks and Mrs. Trisha Yearwood-Brooks. I do not think they would be calling my house at this time of night out of the blue.

My wife called me from a rehab. in Atwater CA.  The name of the facility is Tranquility.

I live in saint Helens Oregon and got a call from this number and it was my mother in law! She to lives in Oregon not sure how or why it came up as this number! My caller ID says "WTILD payphone" why?

I received a call from my boyfriend on March 31, 2011 from Bakersfield, CA and he said he was just released from the county jail and was using a pay phone nearby.  702-997-8943 was the number he called from and I thought he was lying and was in Las Vegas since that is where the call traces to.  The name on that phone was Cheryl Lundy.  Looks like that really is a phony number the phone companies use and I did get a "mailbox is full" message everytime I tried to call. Lucky for my EX boyfriend he was not in Vegas.  Still dropped him for going to jail :)

I just received a call on my cell phone and did not answer!!!  no message left either...

I received a call and there was a lot of static. The person said something but I didn't understand. They hung up so I called the number back. The recording said this number could not receive calls. The number called back and said inappropriate things then held the line. They eventually hung up.

My son just joined the Marines and this is the # that came up on the caller ID when he called.

I just moved from Vegas to Texas. Today this number called my brothers cell phone and my sisters cell phone. I called this number & it says v.m.full. How in the world did this person get my sisters # and brothers # ? Baffles me when bro & sis have different last names but were called at the same time. Very strange.

I was called today from this number. The called himself John and said he was in a halfway house. I believe this halfway house is in PA, ether Harrisburg, Pa. Or the one in Burks County, Pa.

I just received 4 calls on cell (10:17 - 10:38) and after the first call, a call on my landline.  I am guessing it is my separated ex after reading posts here as he often calls me from payphones.  Odd though he hasn't left a message.  I got calls on house and cell phone after 10PM  just unsure why no messages

Its one of those spam-joke-calls. People purposely pranking others. Don't take it too seriously, but if the calls get annoying or call late at night, notify the police.

My son is 21 and has drug issues.  He was panhandling in Tampa, FL.  A few days ago I got a call from my daughter saying that he came home and packed a few things in a bag.  A woman was with him, she gave my daughter an 800 num to call him if we needed to get ahold of him.  I have called that number numerous times and am met with hostility and rudeness.  I was told that they don't have a data base with their "employees" names in them.  He finally called back today and was not himself.  He kept repeating the same thing over and over.  "I am fine.  They are taking care of me." My son is normally outgoing and joking.  He called from 702 997-8943 saying he was calling from a payphone.  I tried calling back only to receive a "box is full" msg.  Payphones don't have msg boxes.  Just before the phone shut me off I could hear a woman in the background saying "It's time to go."  Then it disconnected.  Does anyone else have a similar situation?  If so have your family members come back home?  Worried Mom.

I received a call from this number three times in the past 15 minutes.

I actually just got a call from some one in Oxnard California that said he was calling from a payphone and this is the number that came up.  Maybe it's just a generic pay phone number.  Being that pay phones are no longer able to be called back, I'm sure that's why everyone is getting the mailbox is full message.

I've rec'd several phone calls from this number.  I tried to call back and of course, VM is full.  What's wrong with ppl?  Get a life!!!!  I hope the justice will be served!

I got a call from this number on1-29-11 at 1 am and apparently i had a conversation with them for 12 minutes. And then I have  a missed call from the same number 5 days later. whats up with it because i dont know anyone from las vegas!

Got a call from a relative from there. Said they were coming back from a casino. he had been gone for 16ish or more hours, but we live in pennsylvania and he said hed be back in less than 2 (didnt come back yet, just got the call an hour ago). So I doubt it was a sacramento number, or an illinois number.
