Answering machine was on. They left no message as is typical of spammers.&scammers

Have no clue who these people are or what they want. Annoyance calls. No voice, just keeping the line open.
Newsflash: I carry ZERO debt. People that had the phone number NINE YEARS AGO, keep on using it and they do not pay their bills. I keep getting harassed.
Same nonsense with other phone numbers I had where previous people were full of debt.

Received a call from 703-232-1968 at 2pm today. I answered, said hello and was met by silence. As I was hanging up, I heard a delayed hello on the other end.

Called and left no message. Seems to be a VOIP provider. I am on DNC registry so this sales call is illegal.

Just received a call from 703-232-1968 caller I'd shows it's form Virginia left no message.

Called didn't leave message, called back no one responded-probably an outbound boiler room call center

  REC'D A CALL FROM 703-232-1968 AT 9:22 AM TODY, 11-19-2013.  NO ANSWER AND CALLER ID IDENIFIED AS A WIRELESS CALL.  CALLED THE NUMBER AND JUST RANG.  NO ANSWER.

WHAT GOOD IS THE "DO NOT CALL REGISTERY"  IF NO ACTION APPEARS TO TAKE PLACE ? ? ?

These snakes call my elderly mother several times a week, threatening to sue her for who knows what.

   This yo yo called me at 9:25 AM on 11/18/ 13 When I couldn`t identify the number I picked up the phone and pushed the 2 button about 50 times, that really screwed this guy up. After doing that I said hello and a voice with a thick accent said what are you doing sir. I said who are you? he said my name is Adam. I said what in the F--K do you want? he said nothing and hung up. I just love these guys. RRW

Caller ID said "wireless caller" with no name so I didn't answer.  Didn't leave a message, so I don't know who it is.  I've learned not to answer any call that I don't recognize, too many of these junk calls.

Received a call from 703 232 1968 and said it was a " health alert".Outsourced to a call center in the Phillipines.

Rip off scam,  called to say they were medicare and wanted to send some soft of medical back brace and knee brace.  So many companies want to rip you off.

CID reads "TELIAX INC"  & search finds a web site at www.teliax.com. It claims to be selling VoIP services with offices located in Denver CO. I have never requested info about such services & this appears to be a cold sales call, illegal at that because I'm on the DNC list.

Called at approx. 1340 EST today; left no message. Identified as TELIAX INC on Caller ID.

Called at 2:57 pm Nov. 6th. Left No message!

Answered this call.  Robo voice asked me to stay online while they connected me to an agent.  Then after 30 seconds or so, they hung up.

These people keep calling me a nd not leaving a message. Call back and nuber is not a good number. Anybody know this number.
