They keep calling my cellphone and never leave a message.  No one answers when I call back.

This number repeatedly calls my home phone number but never leaves a message.  When I try to return the call I get a message that says that this is not a valid number

This damn number keeps calling no message just calls and calls early in the morning waking me up everyday it is really getting on my nerves.

Keep getting harassed by these people - they call several times a day and when I have called back they claim not to have my number in their database...

Who are they - anyone know? I see a Nationwide Cred (1 703 642 7500 & 703 245 1909)  on the caller ID. Enough is enough already!

I live in Puerto Rico and I got a call from this # and the person ask me my S.S.# and told me that he was from the Pentagon Credit Union.I never give him any information and I call the credit union,they told me that thy never call me and that they never ask for that kind of info.

Calls from this number, but leaves 703-642-7500 as a call back number. I think it might be a collection agency.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM 703-245-1909 AND THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WHEN I CALL BACK IT SAYS THE NUMBER OR CODE YOU HAVE DIALED IS INCORRECT PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER OR CODE AND TRY AGAIN, MESSAGE 7, SWITCH 113. THEN IT DISCONNECTS.  THE NUMBER IS A VIRGINIA NUMBER.  I SURE WISH THAT IT WOULD STOP ALSO.  I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS A CALL FROM NATIONWIDE.

It's from the VA dept or Taxation. They called me and asked if I could please hold for a rep and after about 5 minutes of waiting I hung up.

I was called 3 times this morning from this number, no message left.

I tried to call this number back, only to find that it is an invalid number, I am not sure who this is or why they are calling.

Itiot recording asking to return a call to some 800 number.  I guess if it was important they would have someone fielding the call when you ansewer.  I think it is Nationwide Collection Agency.  They suck - don't waste your time with them.

I've been getting calls from this number for the past couple of days and, like others have said, no message and it says that it is an invalid number when I called back. I did a reverse search on yellowpages.com and the number is listed as a Washington,VA number.

answered telephone and received a recorded message to speak with a Mr. Strong. Still curious just who he might be. Does anyone know?

Called several times one day.  I picked up and person identified herself as Carmen and asked specifically for my 10 year old daughter and my husband.  Very scary.

I get calls from 703-245-1909 as a Blocked Name. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I'm sick of these calls.

I have the same problem!  Constantly calling, never leaving a message.

It's harassment!

We get multiple phone calls everyday from this phone number. It plays a recording asking us to call them back at 1-800-481-2651. I called this number back and the first person I talked to became agresive and hung up the phone. The second time I called back, it was a diferent person so I asked to speak with a supervisor. They dumped me to a mailbox. I called back a third time and the supervisor told me that the company was NCC and we had buisness with them so I couldn't report them. Thing is, we don't, so I reported them.

These idiots must be busy!  And we don't OWE any bills, at ALL, so go figure?  

The phone rang, the caller ID said PRIVATE NAME, the number was the same one everyone else is noting here, 703-245-1909, I answered and there wasn't anyone on the line.  Thinking it might be a friend from northern Virginia, I googled the number and ended up here!

I also reported the number to www.donotcall.gov  -- the more of us who do this, the sooner this clown will stop.  This was my first call, I'm hoping the clown misdialed, and isn't going to be calling me every day at all hours!

I receive calls in a daily basis, day, night and weekends. How can I have this people annoying me?

I get calls from this number every day sometimes twice a day - never leave a message - glad I got that caller id.  703 is a Northern Virginia area code

Ok.so this is ridiculous.. private caller.. home phone, 7032451909 house phone...and now my cell phone.. 3-4 times a day.. I DONT PICKUP..

Get the phone company to pull the number off!

Got a call from 703-245-1909 answered and no one was there, I called it back and got a recorded message saying the number was a nonworking number.

The next time a person like that calls and is rude, get your cell phone ready and hit the record button. That will be the proof that you need to nail those b-----s!

I just filed a complaint too. My next step, will file a complaint with the FCC and Verizon. Thanks for the info.
