just called my cell

Just received a bill from ACEI.  Called the number in Re: 703-253-7002, it rang twice then went dead.  Who are these people and how do we stop them?

I just got a collection notice from a company called American Collections Enterprise, INC. Says I have been referred to them for an unpaid debt, but doesn't say from who or for what and I don't owe anyone. I am not calling them as I don't want any phone calls from them but although they do list other numbers the notice states RE" 703-253-7002.

I got a collection letter from ACEI, but the reference code is THEIR phone number. They do not list who the collection is for. I'm going to dispute this on my credit. I've never heard of this company, they couldn't get my name right on the letter... this just looks like a scam.

They stated that the call was for Michael Thompson. "If you are not Michael Thompson, or if other people can hear this call, you should disconnect the call because it contains private information." What kind of agency would have an automated call that contains private information anyway?! Called back and it didn't even ring, just disconnected.

I JUST STARTED TO GET THIS CALL YESTERDAY. MY PHONE RANG TWO TIMES AND WHEN I GO TO PICK IT UP NO ANSWER.

Got phone call from this number and have experienced the same thing as all others and then tried to ring it back from my cell and it was dropped every time..Scary thing is they knew my full name!!!!

Just got the same type of call, tried to call the number back, never got an answer, just cut the call off.

I just had the same number call me and then when I called it back. It didnt even ring or anything. Just kept dropping my phone call.

703-253-7002 Keeps calling my cell phone also and when you call the number back all you get is ringing. They can call you and expect and answer and you call them you get nothing. I did a reverse number look up and it says it is coming from Washington, VA.

Just called my cell phone.  Who is this?  It's not even 9 a.m. yet.

Me too. In my case, they are trying to reach a Norman Ludlow.  I called them and they have taken me off their list.

Unknown caller.  annoying caller.  stop calling.
