STOP CALLING ME IT'S EVERY DAY THEY CALL UP TO 5 TIMES A DAY YOU HAVE BEEN REPORTED LEAVE ME ALONE!!

Call every hour on the hour.  Never leave a message.  When you answer, they hang up.  When you call back, its silent.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  Someone please make them stop!

It occurs to me that the only one's who would seem to MAKE MONEY from this situation, would be services which charge a fee to supposedly end harassing calls.

Very weird.  

Someone from 703-291-9023 repeatedly calls my cell but never says anything when I answer - complete silence.

Since the number is shown, I call back but it does NOT RING and although my phone shows the call is connected, there is no sound.

Thinking it might be a problem with my phone, I had someone else call and they also got no ring, no sound but supposedly connected.

The only thing I can think of is that someone set up a robocaller that's malfunctioning.

Any info would be appreciated.

I am receiving 4-6 calls from this number a day.  How do you bolck this caller?  I called them back from a landline and no answer, so I faxed them and used auto redail.

STOP CALLING MY PHONE!!!

We are a business and get this call about 2 to 3 times aday.  Answer phone no one there and then they hand up.  Tried to call back but sometimes will get ahold of someone and other times won't ring at all.

stop call me. This number called me more than ten times.

This number calls several times a day, and as other people said, they ask for my fake name when I registered for a freebie.  I just set my phone with a silent MP3 ringtone and put the number to my phone address list, marked as "telemarketers", so it does not ring my phone and I will know it is them who made the missed call.  Then I can go my merry way.

Repeated calls. Unwand calls. Cannot rech anybody when you dial the number back.

this outfit has called at least 25 times in the last month, and of course never leaves a message.
Will again report to DoNotCall.gov - for all the good it seems to do.

These people are calling me during work hours so I can never answer it. No voicemail left and when I call back there is no dialing sound either. My phone is also on DNC list. Somebody find out who this company is and report them please

This is a telemarketing scam, they call themselves USA Health Inititives. I receive 3 or 4 calls a day from
them to my cell phone. I have asked to be placed on their do not call list 6 times, the calls keep coming.
The telemarketer will ask to speak to the diabetic in the house or the sleep apnea patient, then they say
they are updating their records and need my info,also they say this will not cost me anything, They just need to know if I am on Medicare. The  callers all seem to have Hispanic accents and always are calling
From a loud call center, lots of laughter and coaching of other calls can be heard, even clapping after a sale,  I suppose. Today I got a call about a home security system from using GE equipment and monitoring from a Fla company. All these telemarketers ask to speak to Phil Young which is not my name but it is close, so I reason they are all calling from the same call list.

The background noise probably indicates a "boiler room" set up where instead of an expensive robodialer they are all working off a list that they bought somewhere.

Why are you calling, but hang up when I answer?  I'm getting calls at least once a day from this phone number.  STOP or tell me who you are and what you want!

I have been receiving calls from this number several times a day.  They don't leave a message and what about the Do Not Call Register?  It's definitely not working, that's for sure.

Please correct this problem. This number has called my cell phone several times but has been blocked.  When I attempt to call back, it just gives dead silence.

Upon doing a reversed phone number look up I found this number to be a telemarketer. My number is on the National Do Not Call List.
