THEY CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TOO 866-384-6912 ALL THEY DO IS LEAVE A CREEPY VOICE MAIL, YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HE SAYING, AND OF COURSE BACKGROUN SOUND, SEEMS TO BE SPANISH

This is Dell Financial.  They are attempting to collect a debt.  They don't leave messages and if you are not the person they need to speak to they will be nasty and hang up on you.

I just wish they would say something. The man on the other side giggles before he hangs up. Even when I tell this jerk I would like to make a payment to catch up on my account. I would like to know where are they located?

They call constantly and leave a message of only background noise.  I received 5 calls between 9am and 1pm.   I'm tired of getting these calls.

Very annoying - background noise that sounds like it could be outside - no message -  nothing.  They should be shut down for never talking or leaving a message.

They call every 20 minutes or so..and last night they called here affter 9pm.

Yes I did.  AT WORK.  Hard times, Hard times.  I need a stimulas package.   They called and stated nothing.  It sounds like someone calling from their home (background noise)  Whatever!!
