I got it here (Durham, NH)at 8:52PM. The machine was turned off...hung up after 4th ring. It's from Herndon, VA.

I was the call just before Nancy.  Isn't it great, we made their list.  Gotta love the Primary.

Arlington VA, makes sense if it's a polital survey.  It it around the D.C. area.

I'm from NH too and I was just called (11 min after Nancy appearently).  I didn't pick up but if you hear a pause and nobody is there, like someone said, it usually means you are being transferred to a machine or canned voice which will start if you wait a few seconds

I am also from NH and just received a call from this number.  It was a political "poll" which in reality was a push poll that asked who you would vote for in a Republican primary, then asked if you were pro-life, and then fed you negative information about your candidate (presumably issues that they disagreed with the candidate on).  It made me want to vote for my guy even more.

I am in NH too.  Just received a call right after Sammy in NH.  Getting tired of all these calls at all hours and all days of the week.

Have received two calls from this number in last few days.  I know no one from this area code.  Thank Heavens for caller ID.  I refuse to answer calls from a number I do not know.  Would like to find out who is calling so consistently.  I have also registered my number with donotcall.gov.

Number has called 2X.  It's out of Arlington VA, I looked up the area code.  Do not know anyone from Arlington, VA, so I assumed might be some federal stuff. They leave no message, and I do not answer number I am not familiar with. Only problem where I am at, anything out of my area is unknown.

Left a message on my answering machine - said it was a survey call and they may call back.

In the middle of a very bad storm...receiving these calls is getting to be old hat. Knock it off

has called numerous times, including Sunday evenings, but when we answer, no one will talk.

Didn't recognize name, so didn't answer. Did a reverse look-up to see who it was. Found the location to be Centerville VA and the service to be Verizon. I won't pay a reverse lookup to verify this information.

This is an automated "push-poll" that is trying to get around federal do not call rules by claiming to be a political survey. Report them to www.donotcall.gov and to your state attorney general if they are calling you when you are on the federal do not call list.

Recorded voice said they were doing a voting study.  I hung up.

1-703-378-2990 called on Sunday 12/16/07 intrupted Sunday brunch after church. No one was there. Only heard a sound like a knock on a door, then a hang up.

Called today at 3:00pm CST. Didn't recognize number, didn't pick up. Left no message.

Got a hang-up call today from 1-703-378-2990, ID'd as PS07 on caller ID.

3 nuisance calls in 2 days w/recorded message about voting in the primary.
Sometimes message incomplete. How to stop these??

Called 12-13-07  6:40 PM Central time.  A recording asked if I was an Arkansas Razorback Football Fan. Being an Arkansan, I said "yea"
The recording said they would call back later.

Annoying!
