trying to track this number as we have a missing person in our family, and would really appreciate any info on this number, called it back and got a message that the voice mail box was full and could not accept any messages,?? Frustrating for our family,

That was what I got - here's a hint:  I am in the Ocean City, MD area and NEVER get calls from a 703 area code.  I have just started a job search in the DC area.  This call has to be connected to that somehow...

Just got a call from this number. I let it go to voicemail and got a robotic female voice saying "Goodbye"

Maybe it's looking for VOIP, and will hit you with a keylogger if you answer from you computer, or it's one of those programs that hack your phone when you answer it.

That number just called me. I answered and they didn't say anything. Then they hung up. I'm watching Pet Sematary so I'm scared. Lol

I just got a call from this number and it took a long time for them to speak.  The woman on the other end said she was from the Diabetic foundation ask if anyone in my family had diabeties and then hung up.

I just got a call. Went to my VM and the only message was "Good-by." It was female voice.

calls the house every 20 something minutes, picked up once.. The phone beeped (one high, one low) and then I heard a woman talking in the background and static. Very annoying, please stop calling, you're freaking my family out.

I have received 6 calls in the last two day.  No message left.  Who are these people?

Stop calling me!!! I have tried to dial this number back and get a recording that the mailbox is full.  I have no idea who this is and I want it to stop.  I am on the Do Not Call list but apparently that does no good. Why are companies (or whoever) allowed to do this?  This is not the any number that keeps calling me.  Showed up on my caller id as

Got a call from this number inquiring about a deceased individual.   Caller hung up when I asked him to identify himself.

Did not answer call from 703-388-9163 as we don't know anyone in that area code.  Tried to reverse look-up but it cost $.  Found this site where everyone else has the same issue with this phone number.  Just don't answer it.

i recently received a phone call from a 703 area code ( among many others). The reason i am contacting you, is I believe that my phone number has been sold to solicitors via my cable/phone/internet provider. I have a sick child at home and am awaiting for a life important phone calls from the medical personnel. So every time my phone rings, a powerless sickness overcomes me emotionally. Yet, every time i answer, its some telemarketer,  I think our providers are to blame for this. All i am looking for is peace and not to be taken advantage of provider that i pay a lot of money to, to hold up their part of the agreement.

         If you find some sort of correlation to what i have mentioned then please, lets stop this BS. and contact your providers and tell them that we are on to their scam and will not take being violated.
