I have no idea who is calling, but they leave no message. It is from Alexandria, Virginia.

previously called twice on Sundays. Answered, they ID'd themself as NRA. Told them both times do NOT call on Sundays.  It falls on deaf ears. 3rd time told them to remove me from their list.   Today they call not only on Sunday, but it's Fathers Day right in the middle of dinner time. let the answer machine get it and of course as always they leave no message.

These people are from the NRA asking for donations. They will call from more than one number. The other number they called from was 205 985-3363 which is local for me. The caller ID showed NSR. If you have ever donated to them before, they will keep harassing you.

Called number back, got an answer. It was the NRA. Requested to be removed from list. They said they would take care of it.

Answered, usually don't. No one on other end.

My call came from Vale City, Va.  I have never answered it.  I can't believe it is from the NRA since I am a Life Member.  Why would they be soliciting me, unless it's for money.

We have been getting a call from this number at least once a day, sometimes more often, for months now. If I answer either I get a long beep like from a computer or nothing and then if I wait long enough I get the recording "the number you have called..."

Please let me know if anyone has any idea how to stop this, is it the NRA?

703-398-0971 is conducting solicitation for the National Rifle Association (NRA).

I got 4 calls,1st asked for me by name, 2,3 & 4 answer machine answered NO message left. I don't know anyone in Dale City, VA., like all other reports sure would be nice to stop this nusance.

I get these calls a couple times a week!  I let the answering machine pick it up to see who it is.  Usually there is no one on the other end,I have no idea who or what it is but I'm about tired of it.

This number is in fact the National Rifle Association. If you answer their call when it comes in, all I ever got was nothing. No voice, no message - nothing. If you call them back, and you can get them to answer, they will take you off their call list.

any call can be traced back even if the number is spoofed, blocked, private name, or unknown name on any lan phone. pick up the phone after you get any call listed above. dont hang up. wait for the other person to hang up first. next hang up youre phone then pick it back up until you hear a dial tone. press *57 and follow the instructions. this feature is provided by youre local phone company. it will not work on cell phones. i hope this information is helpful.

Calls monthly which has been going on for 3 months.. Any information would be helpful so I can pursue a complaint against the idiot..
