Recd call on cell phone ... is this the start of new targeting of mobile numbers? ... "do not call" lists work only to keep honest companies away, they are useless to prevent scammers or criminals from calling ...

They called me and tried to talk to me about lowering my intrest rate on a credit card..but I don't have any credit cards so they hung up on me. I called back and got a busy single.

Also got a call from this #. Looked up #, says it belong to Marx Associates of Reston, Virginia. Since they did not leave a msg, must be stupid scammers. Don't care what they want. Number has been reported, blocked and forgotten. Losers. CallerID says OAD.

BS about your credit card may have a lower rate. contact them right away. SCAM!
