Bill Dwyer called.  left a message demanded that i call.  Accused me of tax fraud.  I didn't even live or work in Virginia during the period in question but used my mother's VA mailing address while I was out of the the country to receive any correspondence.

I received a call from 703-497-5016. They told me that I owed $196.00 from 10 years ago. He told me that he works for the VA Dept of Taxation. I am sure he is lying. He was nasty and would not provide proof of the debt.
