Read this article on CNN Money. Looks to be a new scam. Do not answer or call back. I blocked the number on my phone. There was another number 268 762 0032 that called and I am assuming it is the same thing. http://money.cnn.com/2014/02/05/news/economy/missed-call-scam/index.html

I received this call on my cell phone.  I did not answer but it worried me a great deal!!  How do they get cell #'s and what do they want????

this is twice I received a call  from this number.  Donot answer.

Called 10:20 est rang twice then disconnected. No one knows who this is?

Called me at 6:30 this morning. Didn't answer. I have an Obama phone. If this is a scam, how could they profit from calling this phone?

I had had the same number calling about 3 times but i just blocked it and my friend is receiving the same callsame number antigua/ barbuda why the companie doesn't do anithing abouth it

Likewise here too, did not answer, and no message left. They want you to call back so you will be charged a huge amount
of money.

Just received missed call from this number today. I didn't return call, but checked the number first and then saw the information above. Scary.......

Received a call from this number 268-762-0079.  Didn't recognize it, so didn't answer - no voice mail was left.
Believed this was one of those scam calls we are hearing about in the news.

Weird, I have two lines on my account and both phones rang at the exact same time, mine had this number 268-762-0079 and my wife's showed 268-762-0030, Both came up Antigua/Barbuda. Not the first time this happens. :/

got this call at 11:30 pm the other night just got another one and at 8:42 pm.  Not sure how they got my cell number but going to block it from the phone thanks everyone for your info.

Got the call today did  it answer left no message

Got a call from 268-0079 on my iPhone 02-02-14 at about 11:15AM. Phone did not ring (ringer is on). Showed as a missed call with the number, but no 1 in front of it. Have gotten several calls  in the past few weeks from 268 762-XXXX numbers, listed to
the Carribean. I am on hold  with AT&T Mobile (cell phone) in an attempt to get them  to put a universal block on all calls over these identified lines. Phone companies should be held accountable for putting through calls from known, reported scam and fraud call numbers and then billing on behalf of these callers.

received this call on verizon cell today about 1pm EST.  Didn't answer and no voicemall was left.  thanks to everyone who posted before i called it back.

It's their tourist bureau or sandals.

This # I believe is the tourist bureau in Antigua.

rang at 4AM new it was fake and did not return the call

Got a call on my cell phone from this number yesterday.  Didn't answer it.  I didn't even notice that it was from overseas.

Just got a call from this number at 6a CST. Second time this week. Read about some long distance scam. I'm also on VZW. Gonna block the number in my iPhone.

I received a call from 268-762-0079 tonight at 5:37. I didn't answer because I NEVER answer a number I don't recognize. They didn't leave a message.  I highly recommend everyone to be wary of unrecognizable numbers. If they're really important they'll leave you a message. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM BACK! Be smart, people. Please.
