how many messages are needed to take some action on these unsolicited calls? unless I am naive and I'm responding to the same company who called on 703-526-4200, take some action to arrest these sleazebags.

I also just received a call from this number to a phone on the DO NOT CALL list and likewise tracked it to US Customs and Border Protection.

If you Google this number, it shows as being a number for International Callers to the US Customs & Border Protection.
The number called me at work, so I didn't pick up. No message left. I have to assume it's a telemarketer, and I wonder if the USCBP knows its phone line is being hacked and used for stupid purposes!

Phone bill says its based out of Wasz8 236, VA. AS usual call and hang up. It must be an automated telemarketer.
