I used to work there 12 years ago, suprised they're still in business. The only thing you can do is hang up on them. They will call you back in 6 months. They don't care about the do not call registry. Honestly who will take the time to do anything to them? If you do their survey they will call you back and say you won 500 off of windows and my opinion is that it still is a ripoff

I keep getting a call from this number up to 5 times a day for months now, never leaves a message , or say anything when you do answer.

sunday 450pm called and asked if i was so and so and then they hung up

Calls me verry often, sometimes leaves messages and sometimes just hangs up.

Call from 703-537-4398 called my cell yesterday.  Luckily, I was on another call and didn't answer it.  The caller didn't leave a message.

I've received repeated calls from 703-537-4399, which I have never answered.  After reading the posts regarding this number I'm not sure if this is some sicko or a legitimate business.  I just switched my cell service from Verizon to Tmobile and I'm hoping that Tmobile has a block feature that doesn't cost extra.  Verizon had that feature and I was able to block this type of non-sense in the past.

I answerd the phone,  he acted like he knew me and said it hurt his feelings that i didnt knwo who he was, i looked up the number and found all these blogs,  he needs to get arrested,

Get constant calls from this number it say Vienna, Va.  When I try to return the calls it never rings, always get busy signal.

caller does not say anything.  no recording comes on either.

I was crying on the phone that day, because Joey broke up with me.  The teenage girl who became very annoyed said they'd never call again if I listened. She told be about some window remodeling, when she asked if I was interested, I said no thanks.  She has never called since. ;)

Gotten a call from 703-537-4398 several nights in a row. Just answered and a girl was laughing, sounded like other callers in the background & then it hung up. Very wierd.

My daughter (10) answered the phone, who ever this freekin demented creature  is told my daughter we ordered pizza, she told him we did not, that freak said he would be at our house in 10 min, and let me tell you he terrified her to death.... let me find that bastard......

Someone called and it was a REAL person trying to give me an estimate. I asked where he was from and he stated Capitol Remodeling. He gave me a contact number of 703-352-8600. I kindly declined his estimate and called the number and spoke to someone and let him know that CAPLIN has called me multiple times and it has been several different people each time saying rude, nasty, obscene, prank phone call type things. I told him to do a google search on the number and he would find hundreds upon hundreds of the same complaint from other people over the course of a few years. He took my name and number and said he would check it out. I am going to continue following up with him daily until I get an answer.

(703) 537-4398  I filed complaint with  feds lets see if it helps. Caller id syays only Vienna Virginia, appears to be a landline  belonging to Verizon ?

I received a call from 703 537 4398 at 10:32am on 06NOV2010 the person on the other end said nothing but  repeated what I said and seemed to laugh afterwards when I repeatedly said hello. I looked up the number on the internet and it is linked to Capitol Remodeling of Vienna, Va. I called 703-352-8600, selected the option to speak to an operator, then once connected I asked to speak to their HR or someone in legal and told them to remove my number from their call list because I am being prank called. She stated she would remove me from the call list…….. Let’s see how that goes.

This number has called me 2X.  I can hear the sounds of a data center in the background.  I wouldn't bet big $ on it but I think the last time they called they tried to sell me a discount cruise.  Just slur your words and ask "Is this mommy?"  and they'll eventually get the message.  That's what I've been doing.

Called today I recorded the call..said he was calling to give me free windows and he wanted to come to my house..this may be my lucky pay day because I am registered with the national no call list...thanks free window company you are about to give me  some extra christmas money

Calls and hangs up then when you try to call back you get a fast busy signal. Someone needs to finds out who this is and ban them from phone use and fine them heavily for each disturbing call that they make.
