I got the call from last 1 mnth from this no. When i called, the user said its an unreachable number. I am wondering whose calling me from this number. Kindly let me know, who using this number.

Received call from 703-539-6050 on 8/6/2008 at 4:44 pm EDT.  When answered, the call made a clicking sound then switched to an Indian man (prob in India) trying to "sell" local and long distance telephone service.  He asked many questions of a personal nature - none of which I answered.  He seemed indifferent when I informed him that my number is on the "do not call list". Definitely a SPAM caller looking for information and/or to sell something.  I hung up.

caller tried to talk to me in spanish asking for my parents, stating it was for thier home insurance, but could not hold the conversation with me. He got confused ans hung up.

calls from this number, 703-539-6050, can be a legitimate call.

when my friends from overseas call me using Skype's "Skype-Out" service,
that's exactly how the caller ID appears.  I suspect that Skype has contract
with a telecommunications firm that handles their int'l calls to the US.

Got phone call from the above listed number but no one answered when I did. So I hung up.

Call came and listed number as INTL NUMBER.  I answered and it was a recording about lowering my credit rate. (I guess on credit cards, but didn't wait around to listen) I hung up. THEN I tried to use my phone to call out and for three tries of hanging up for about ten seconds and reconnecting I couldn't use my line because the recording just kept on!
THat is pretty scary. What if it was an emergency??? Why can't Verizon (my carrier) give me any more control over who comes in my house through the phone line? I can't even hang up to disconnect??

I didn't get any live person on the other side when this number called me. Instead I got an automated message (woman, no accent) that began "Do not be alarmed!" and went on to try and sell me health insurance. Number also came up as "Intl. Number" on caller ID.

Caller from this number rang three times and hung up immediately when I answered. This number traces to Reston VA area by exchange number.
We have had problems with the phone ringing as soon as we leave the house. We run our business out of the house and we feel it is a "are you home" check. We back to park // floodplain area and several homes have been burglarized during the day over the last few years....

Just received a call from this number at work telling me I've won $285K and package would be delivered tomorrow between one and two. Told them it would have to be between 4 and 5. They stalled and then hung up. It was a female with a thick Indian-style accent. Said she was from the sweepstakes award center. Watch out for these guys. There's another one calling says he's from Goldman & Goldstein Law firm in Albany NY. Using several phone numbers, 646-652-8761/646-652-8737) which checks back to Manhattan NY. They have used the names Hugh Goldman (one guy claims it's his law firm), Matthew Andersn/Dale Vanderbilt (allegedly one of the lawyers employed by Hugh). They are NOT legit - checked with the New York Bar Association and the licensing bureau for businesses in NY. If you've lost funds to Goldman and Goldstein, contact the New York DA's office at 1-212-335-9000. For the 703 number, contact the Better Business Bureau or if you've lost funds, contact the bunko squad with your local police department.

Calling my office number. It is a recording saying it is the last day of a special offer and hang on the line to speak to a live agent. When I asked the agent what accounts they were calling about, they said my Visa and Mastercard. When I asked which ones, they said both of them. When I asked which ones in particular, they hung up.

This guy is a sicko! He started out like a telemarketer. I told him he was calling a business line & not to call her again. He then asked me if I needed medication- When I asked "who are you" He told me he was my lover & wanted to have sex with me (nice guy!).  When I disconnected the call he tried to call me back several times.  FYI the # came up Intl even though it was a local area code- the man had a middle eastern accent.

We received a strange anonymous call from this number, this morning. A male American voice. He said he worked for a company I have never contacted but whose name I happen to know because I am doing an analysis of the industry this company is involved in.  So, somehow he must have listened in on a conversation -FBI, Secret Service?- or tracked down my Google searches on companies in the industry.
When I asked his name, he said all he had was a note asking him to call us and see if we had called them. He said he would check with his colleagues Then he hung up. to see what it was about. When I dialed the number this afternoon, nobody picked up and there was no answering machine.
Kind of scary.

Said he was a out sourcing company for IT work voice had a indian type accent early to mid 30's, since we are a serious design company though maybe he was referred, but he called on one of my private numbers.  When I asked where he got our number he said yellow pages, uhu ohhh k,  i told him sorry not interested, was persistent wouldn't hang up until finally I said sorry no thanks .

For the heck of it tried to call back, said sorry your call cannot be completed at this time please hang up or try again. LOL

Received one call from man (same Indian or Pakistani accent) asking me a 3-question survey about smoke detectors & fire extinguishers in my home.  Said I might be eligible to receive something for free for participating but he hung up rather quickly so I didn?t catch everything he said.  Caller ID also said INTL. Number.

Got two calls in two days from the same man-Indian or Pakistani accent-asking for my wife by her first name and claiming to be from a pharmacy that had $200 of sleep aids for her.

I got a missed call thrice a time from this number. No one left a voice message and played a prank while playing a missed call game. I tried to call this number but the user said "The subscriber you are dialed is not available or traveled outside the coverage area".

This number has called me twice today and left no message.  The Caller ID says "Intl Number", which is a bit weird since the area code is local.  I suspect it is some kind of solicitation.

this man with indian accent prank calling asked what i was doing? then asked if i had cable or satelite when i asked for his supervisor he then told me he worked for syntex blatenly tried to change his voice (mockingly) and whispered i am my supervisor my name is jordan as i stayed quiet he repeatedly ask me to hang up the phone.

Left no voice message on my machine. Was ringing only 3 times.
