This number has called me SOOO many times.  I never pick it up, because I don't recognize the number.  I wonder how the hell telemarketers got my cell #!!!!!?????

Received call today 4/3/12 - picked up, did not say anuthing, call got disconected.

Me too, looked it up and its located in the area in which I live in. They called my cell I called them back from my office and it was some sweepstakes crap. When I listened to all the prompts to remove me it accepted it however it must have accepted my office number. Total scam.!

I have received two calls from this number.  It is nice to know that they want to sell me something.  However, I'm not interested in buying anything.  These calls came in on my cell phone.  It is a waste of my minutes and time.  How do I stop them?

How did you block these numbers?  I just received another call from an out of state number from the same company.  I would like it to stop.

Called about injury protection...I hung up after pressing "3" to be removed from the service.

Receive a call from 703-544-5164 today 03/26/2012.  I picked up the phone but didn't say any thing to see what kind or call was it.  It probably a robot call as the call dropped after about 10 seconds not detecting voice.

Got a call from 703-544-5164 this morning at 1030.  I answered the phone, said hello, then got silence.  So I waited and waited and finally the call hung up.  No one ever said anything.  Just a bother.  They need to outlaw the robo dialers.

robocall to my cellphone identified itself as wca and claimed to want to put a security services sign in my yard. call traces back to XO communications, which provides VOIP services to lots of companies, including my health insurer/doctor (which takes pride in being above the law because of "connections" with regulators, including a refuse-to-specify-attorney general). After I reported problems with that insurance company to the feds and MD, weird incidents started happening, including a personal visit from a Loudoun-county-licensed solicitor for a "home security" company (to whom I said no and to stop contacting me), as well as various robocalls identifying themselves as WCA and offering security services in exchange for a lawn sign. Another call-tracing site links this number with probable debt collectors, and in fact I didn't pay a medical bill after I learned that the doctor/insurance company had altered my medical records in violation of HIPAA as well as to coverup their misconduct. Yes, I've sent FDCPA letters and renewed the phone number's status on the donotcall list. But the FTC delegates enforcement to HHS-OCR which doesn't do squat to enforce HIPAA, the DNC list or FDCPA. FYI, a lawyer for doctors and insurance companies prefers to call OCR's nonenforcement "enforcement with heart" (i.e. favoritism for his clients who choose to ignore consumer and patient protection laws).

Me too!  I couldn't answer and they left no message, and when I called back I learned my phone number selected for a special offer of some sort. I hung up before learning details. 2/22/2012 10:25AM

Got a call from this number from someone claiming I was selected for a deeply discounted vacation package.  Probably a scam.
