Toyota financial keeps calling me. I paid off my entire loan and yet, they said I must owe something. That can't possible be true because they even sent me their pink slip. Anyway, I called and they said they can't dig up my account info without my acct # or social security number. They said they can't even dig it up with my phone number, name, or addy. Beware - SCAM

Toyata calls constantly about payments whether the payment has been made or the payment is still pending for the month.  When you stop answering their calls they change the number that they call from.  The phone no longer ID's the caller as Toyota.  They are rude and irritating.

These person(s) continue to call from Toyota Lexus Financial.  They are gotten to the point of financial and border line physical threats.  I am going to start recording these calls and allow them to make their comments in the hopes that I can record them making the threats.  Once shared to millions on the internet I hope to put a stop to this.

They have several numbers from around the country. I imagine they use collection companies and i doubt it would make any difference whether you posted that or not. You need to call toyota and make a payment arrangement with them or perhaps get an extention either one month or two per 12 month period. good luck

that is true about them calling even before the payment is due, or after you have already made a scheduled payment. SO annoying. they have been doing that to me for years.

Your one of the lucky few then, my fiancee used to sell cars for Toyota, & he said that was the biggest complaint from new Toyota customers that they would have, TFS calling them before their payment was even due. So this is a problem that has been going on.

Don't waste energy on the third party vendor hired by Toyota and good luck suing them for phone harassment.  While the law provides a means to do so, the case will be in court forever if it even gets to court.  The FCC regulations are most useful in a class action suit, so unless a group hires an attorney and sues for the violation, little will be done.

Writing letters of complaint to all the board members listed in the annual report will get a response.  Each of those executives has an assistant whose job it is to handle things such as this.  If you write a letter, be certain to spell correctly, use the correct verb tenses and have someone else proof read it before mailing.  A well composed letter helps legitimize your complaint.  Quote the FCC regulation being abused and request the action be stopped.  It may take time, but something will be done and usually, you receive a call from the person assigned to talk with you about the complaint.

even if you pay your payment, they still call you, I pay my payment every month on time from their website, yet usually a week in a half before my payment is due, they start calling me several times every day, just to make sure I am going to pay. When I explain that I have it set up through their website, their response is, yes we see that thank you. Then usually an hour later, they will call again from another number. It is against the law to make so many phone calls one day, I believe 4-6 is the limit, yet I will get calls every hour or so usually ending up to 8 calls a day. That is considered harassment by the FCC & should I choose to, even though I owe them money from my loan, I can sue them & win for violation of FCC regulations. It is getting to the point where I may just do that. Maybe then they will learn to stop calling so many times.

If you pay your car payment, they won't call!
If you think they're expensive cars, why did you buy one?
By your post, it sounds like you are the unintelligent one.

donotcall.gov is NOT going to help you.  It stops people from calling your number, it will not effect creditors and it will not report them.

This is Toyota Financial Service. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are very aggressive, rude, uncooperative and most of all their vehicles are very expensive. Don't be fooled by them. They will try to call you from different centers from throughout the country hoping that you won't recognize that it is them. There strategy is to try to annoy you with their calls in the hope that you will answer. If you are receiving calls from Toyota, either changed all your numbers or placed them on your "blocked" list. Accept calls from your "contact list" only so that if Toyota tries to call you from different locations, they will fail. Toyota personnel are unintelligent and unprofessional so always be one step ahead of them.
