I was driving on 495 in Virginia when a SUV with a bunch of dogs in it almost sideswiped me near the Maryland Line.  He was doing at least 85 mph and swerving in and out of traffic.  It actually looked like one of the dogs was driving!   Old, white haired guy with glasses!

Have a phone trunk system where I can intercept phone numbers.  A old guy in a Lincoln cut me off on the Dulles Toll road at the split going on the Dulles Greenway doing about 85 miles ph.  I could not listen in but got the number and noted the vehicle.

A complete f****n idiot of a driver who thinks he is some sort of highway "guru" and critiques other people driving, all the while he gets in fenderbenders while acting like some sort of traffic cop.  We followed him to Herndon, Va, until he lost us.

Some annoying idiot who is driving people insane by calling and giving a blow by blow account of drivers in the Northern Virginia area.
