ya they told me they were from the government but it was all broken up and crackly then when i got upset and asked what they hell they wanted the call ended

This number called me and there was a foreign voice that asks if you want english, ress 2. After pressing 2, then the voice asks for a credit card. These people are scammers. It's similar to a call that came from 301-955-0030

I just started getting calls early in the AM from whomever this is. I'd just like to know. I've asked them to leave me a text, or else I wouldn't respond, but they haven't done that.
