This is one of several phony, computer-generated numbers used by the same service soliciting for those high-priced proprietary colleges offering degrees of dubious value. If you enter a sweepstakes at < "Scholarships 4 Moms" <Scholarships4Moms@ebefferistr.com>, which is an impostor for scholarships4moms.net or .com, you will get multiple repeating calls every day rotating among numerous different numbers, all phony, computer-generated, tie-lines, etc. Other numbers used by this service:

They are engaging in terrorism by telephone wit h their relentless calling all day long!!!!! After 7 PM, we shut off the landlines so the sleep of the little ones will not be disturbed. Real friends and family can call or text to our cell phones if they need to contact us after 7 PM. The caller service is evidently located in India, where they are getting paid $2.00 a week to harass us. They even call on Sundays. It ffigures that these Godless devils and their paymasters would not be in church on Sundays.
If everyone would please file a complaint with the DNC at <https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2 >, we would eventually get these people shut down, fined and jailed. Also, please write your elected officials in DC to demand strengthening of the DNC laws, which are desperately needed along with strengthened enforcement. We get so many unwanted calls that are clearly lies, scams, thieves, illegal solicitations, etc., that our family peace is really being disturbed. In addition, the laws must stipulate no calls unless the number clearly shows up on Called Id with the real name of the caller; i.e., calls with Unavailable, Out of Area, phony names, etc. are illegals, plus no calls from political, causes, charity, surveys, opinion or other research, any kind of solicitation, etc. Over 90% of your donations over the phone will go into the pockets of the organizers, not to any charity, worthy cause or politician.
