This is: West Assest Management. They are a collection agency.

They called my home looking for my brother in law and were extremely rude, cursed me and hung up.

this number and company are rude and worse they are calling the wrong number and being rude to an elderly lady who lives next door at my old address. They are relentless even when you try to deal with them, and they wonder why people screen them out. No one wants to put up with their crap.

Unfortunately, last Sept. I got a cell phone that belonged to someone who had a number of collection agencies after them.  This one hangs up when I call back and does not leave a message- - - so - - -no problem yet - just shows up on caller id. It is extremely difficult to convince any of them that I am not the person that they are looking for.  I have my cell on a do not call list.  Any other suggestions?

Hangs up in fact the number they called is my cell and also on DO NOT CALL LIST... I called back and a lady answered...

I told her that I will report unless they tell me who they are and she did say West Asset Management... as financial services company... what a bull

this is from .  They were calling for someone I don't even know.  They said they would remove my number from their call list and hung up on me.

My son received a call on his cell phone from this company, getting tired of it.

calls repeat daily.no one responds to a hello. morning, noon and evening. i don't know who they want to speak to or what they want.

I also keep getting calls from this dumb number. It's funny how they ask so many questions and want information from me but they can't answer one single question of mine. Helloooooo what type of idiot is going to give info to a total stranger when they don't tell you who they are?

I have been getting calls on my cell and land line from 2 different numbers 8628818983 and 7036569947 who are these people?? I ask for info and get attitude then a hang up

1-703-656-9947, Manassas VA was all that was listed on my caller ID.  No message but called me at 8:52pm, 11:52 their time.

They are trying to collect from my ex-roommate.  This was our land line.  Now it is my cell #.  I have told them over 30 times.  Last time I said I would be reporting them if they called again.  They called today and I asked for company info so I could report them.  I got the name: West Assets. And the caller's name: Renee.  Then she hung up.

Called our cell phone repeatedly while we were on vacation (on a Sunday). Didn't leave a message. We finally called them and told them to stop calling.

Called me @ 8:13 PM on a sunday evening.  Told them whoever they are that they can f@#k off as soon as they started speaking.

Called at 8pm on a Sunday, but left no message.

You need to write them a certified letter to stop calling.

This will stop them from cslling, but they will continue writing

This collection agency calls on Sundays.
If you get a call past 2000 or on a Sunday, you need to complain to your department of commerce in your state and also write them a certified letter.

They are agressive, abusive and break the law.

They area collection agency for several companies, eventhough you inform them to stop calling they think is their right to call regarding a debt of a person that on their system appears to be your telephone number.

Called my house and popped up as 'unknown'.  Googled them and it said they were "West Management Collections Agency"... apparently they collect on school loans.  

Problem is no one in this house has ever had a school loan.  Anyone else know anything about them?
