Omg they will not stop calling our house at all hours of the night!!!

Here's the remedy....When you see this number on your Caller ID, take the phone off the hook for 5 seconds and then hang up. The phone company will bill them for at least one minute and if, enough of us do this, they will get a very large phone bill with no fund raising results. Then they might have to rethink their strategy.

I just got a call from this number and followed the directions above to be removed from the list... grrr... I don't like telemarketers.

This is a number used by the NRA.  I've called them 4 times, and each time they've promised to take my number off their list - but they keep calling.  
I used to be a member of this organization years ago.  That was a big mistake I'll never make again, ever.  If they have all this money to spend aggravating folks with their fundraising, they certainly don't deserve any of mine.

These morons call around 3 times a day. No message is ever left.

Calls every day, twice a day. I went to the web site, hopefully it will help...Tired of getting their calls every day.

I tried this and every time I answered, I`m the one who got charged $7.50.

A Mr. Becker called w. a "serious" issue that needed to be discussed, but first needed to verify some personal data to confirm he was speaking to the correct individual.  He had all the correct info.  (address, DOB, SSNI didn't verify any of it, but concerned that he has this info.  He wouldn't disclose the nature of his call and when I wouldn't confirm anything then hung up.

Call the # back and it gives you the option to have your # taken off the call list within 48 hours.

Call the number back and when it give you the automated message hit 0 and enter your phone number. At first I thought I would get and opperator and instead they said I would be taken off their call list in 48 hrs. Ill update you in a week

I called there corp office 651-649-0404.  Asked to be removed from ther call list for-ever and discribed the ring hang up error.  She said she would remove me and to also check the automated system for error as it should not be doing that.  PS She was VERY pleasant and I wasn't able to be angy with such a nice person...  Any way call to be removed.

Got this info from Kim's post on Feb 25, 2009. Below is the online link to be taken off their list. http://www.strategicfundraising.com/DNC.aspx  They will play games with you at first. They have a form already waiting asking you to fill in your phone number and when you do then they refuse to take it and you get the message: Please enter your phone number including area code with no dashes. (Example: 6516490404) but the form they use makes that impossible. Next, they tell you that you didn't get your code in quick enough-90 seconds is all you have. After 3 times, I received a message that my number would be taken off within 48 hours. I think it finally worked because I backspaced over their phone number form and typed my number in as they requested without dashes. Their information is listed as  Strategic Fundraising  7591 9th Street North | St. Paul, MN 55128 | 651.649.0404  Hang in until it takes your information.

Called the number and a guy answered. When I explained that I got the # from my caller ID he denied it.  Sounds very suspicious!

I called the number back and listened to the recording.  They are calling about fund raising for a political group.  Listen to the recording all the way through then you are given a chance to have your number removed from the calling list.  I did it and it worked.  I no longer receive their calls

calls continuously, up until 9:00 p.m.  Will not talk when we answer. very annoying, it happens everyday.
