Yeah in one day they called me 15 plus times. its almost 9 PM and they called like 2 minutes ago. I'm patiently waiting for them to call again so I can tell them to stop. I just know I'll get that person whom doesn't deserve to be yelled at though... ugh!!!

these a**holes have had the audacity to call my cell phone during peak minutes! They are also calling my home line.  I want them to stop NOW!

I'm a home based business, a corporation, and owe NOBODY any money. A previous tenant in this house left during the night so to speak. Credit collectors are calling because of the address and call me a liar when i say
i don't know this person. Since i'm a business, there is nothing i can do except get really ugly with them, just like the way they treat me. I don't deserve the crap they give me and can't wait till they call again.

They call me constantly.  I am in the middle of a bankruptcy and told them this.  After I told them this, they call more.

im getting calls from 709 656 9969 and when they call the never leave message and they keep calling back
i have answered a few times but they hang up
if this is a legit company and want to get things settled with you
then why wont they send you mail or leave message
why do they hang up when you answer??
i think its a scam company and im sure if you paid them  it would not show on your credit report

and i have been told since im doing a debt consolidation program
they wont accept any kind of payment thru debt consolidation
they want their money now

I have been getting calls from this number.  It usually happens every couple of hours.  Now it has gone to just one ring and hangup.  Nobody there when I answer.  I've reported this to the FTC as a No Call List volation.

They keep calling! Sometimes three times in a row! If they don't stop I'm going to call the police this has to be illegal!! I want these annoying people to stop!!

I keep getting calls from this number.   Who is it and how can I stop it?  If it's a collection agency--I owe no one, so where did they get my number?

Fleabag debt collectors. They called me all day and into the night and either hung up, or there was no one the line. If you tell them not to call anymore they MUST stop. If that doesn't work send a letter to: Encore Receivable Management Inc. -- ERMI -- 400 N. Rogers Road, Olathe KS 66062 with proof of delivery. If they still persist report them to the FDCPA and FTC. I did and voila no more calls. Most of the calls originate from Manassas VA and they use several different numbers. The "manager's" name is Ben. They are usually trying to collect for GE Money Bank. Try filing a complaint with GE informing they will also be named to the FDCPA and FTC.

They constantly call my house and never say anything when we answer and don't leave a message on the answering machine if they get it. I'm so friggin tired of them calling!!! I don't even know what it's about.

This number has called me three times over the past few days, even though I refuse to answer, no message left, call times have ranged from 9:35am, 10:40am, and around 7:30pm.

Call everyday 8:40pm .... try to answer ... hung up on me

When try to answer the call, no one is there.  Tired of it1

Same here call your phone company and block the number.
Some cell phones have a block feature.

These idiots keep calling me 24/7.  The call multiple times an hour and no one is ever there.  I try to call back and get nothing.  Finally got ahold of them and they were looking for the wrong person, and calling mt instead.

They have called my house 8 times today without leaving any messages.  I don't have any outstanding debts AT ALL, so I should not have collection agencies calling me.  I am very sick and this is very bothersome. How do I get them to stop calling me?
