We were awakened today (Sat., March 22, 2014) at 8:25 a.m. by a call from this number 703-656-9977.  Later I called the number and a woman answered from I.C. System.  When I told her that they had called, she wanted to speak to a William Neal.  I told her she had the wrong person and she told me she'd take the name off the list.  This morning I've registered with Texas No Call (again) and the National Do Not Call Registry with the hope that it will help eliminate these calls.  
My feeling is that these companies have people working for them that are not accurate or don't care to be because they're always looking for someone other than me (wrong name, wrong middle initial, etc.) .  Calls like these have increased lately and the number we were called on is unlisted.

This number keeps calling my phone.  Never leaves a message.  

A woman called me and said she was looking for Britt and used my last name,I told them no one by that name was here and I told her to go to the next person wilt my last name in the phone book,then I tell her to put me on there DO Not Call list and she tell me she is recording every thing I say I told her she did not get my permission to record me and its not lawful too record me.She get all smart with me,and I told her I would put a law suit on her if she ever calls me again.

A woman just called from this number.  She asked for one of our employees.  I asked her where she was calling from (IC Systems).  I asked what was the nature of the call.  She told me it was a personal business matter.  I asked her to clarify if it was a personal matter or a business matter.  She continued to tell me it was a personal business matter.  Well, I asked her to clarify again.  She hung up.

They call every morning one day I answer the phone and they would not say who arethey where they are from or nothing.

They are bill collectors. Said they were calling about a debt I had with a bank called "us bank" for 1000. Never heard of them before....the collectors or the bank.

2 calls from 703-656-9977, they call and let it ring once and disconnected,within a few seconds i get a call on my other # that comes up as blocked-i don't answer blocked or unknown #'s-they don't leave a mess there either

Calls two to three times a day for the past week. i got a voicemail for the first time today. man with a funny accent said "hello" twice, and the message was over.

This collection agency keeps calling my number for someone else. They keep saying that they will reomove my number but I average 8 calls a day.  ICS 703-656-9977

I Just Got A Call From This Number Twice Within One Minute Of Each Other... I Have No Clue Who It Is and They Leave NO Message and They Call At Dinner Time Of Course... If They Want To Talk They Should Leave A Message... I DO NOT Answer Call's That I Don't Know and I Do Have Call Blocking Also...

This is a business phone.

They are a bill collection agency showing up as "IC SYSTEM" on my caller-id.  I Googled them, and sure enough, they are online as "www.icsystem.com", advertising their collection services for creditors. My call-rejection service is *so* worth the price! They won't be bugging me any more.  :-)

Calls me at work and on my cell.No message just hangs up. VERY annoying

These people also call using 202 367 9027.. however I have not been fortunate enough to get to the phone in time for that, but both use I C Systems.. I don't know what or who they are, but they asked for "Paul", I said Paul Who, and they used my last name, however there is no Paul here, and never has been.  In my post re 202 367 9027, I suggested callin gthem, and harrassing them, by doing the following

* (star) 67 1 the area code and number 703 656 9977 or 202 367 9027.. if you use *67 they won't know who you are.. and if everyone who is getting these calls and don't want them does this perhaps they will stop, or at least call with their numbr blocked.. but I am having fun harrassing them.

i been getting calls from this number,,sounds all professional like and asked for someone i dont know,i said you have the wrong number.wouldn't say who they were..but then it changed from a  womans voice to a man and then he  said to me you f***ing liar and then they hung up..not cool and annoying..i call back and someone picks up but doesn't say anything and i just hear heavy breathing.

i reverse searched the number 703-656-9977 on reverse phone and people lookup on intelius and it says its a landline in manassas virginia

called my home at least 10 times a day. you pick up and it is a recording please hold we have an important message for you. Now they are calling my work number.  when they call your work, just tell them this is a business and that person can not take personal calls.

This was one of two early-morning calls today - from ICS ("Insistent Collection System", we call them.)

First time this particular number joined the list of ICS locations calling each and every day (including Saturday). It is caller-ID'd (this number) as ICS, so it's not a mystery, though perhaps in the past they didn't ID and now must. However, there is nobody here who owes them money and whoever they're looking for isn't known here either. But they are relentless! Like Wack-a-mole (or roaches), one number may disappear and another two will soon call. Should be class-action suit punishment against this MOST unethical company in the U.S. (with the audacity to say the opposite on their web page). Vermin.

HORRIBLE! But I believe it.  There should be a law against such a thing---if for the harrassment alone.

I also get numerous calls a day, again if you have something to say leave a message.  If I know you I will answer the phone if a number comes up I don't recognize I don't answer.  Stop harassing me, from the other various numbers you use as well, such as 208-208-515-7490.

I've been getting calls from other numbers, I think a debt collector trying to collect on a client of mine.  I ignore all those but I got one just now from this number so I answered it.  A recording asked me to please hold the line because they had a call for this number.

I hung up.  Anyone wants to talk to me has two seconds after I say "hello" to start talking or I hang up.  And I don't take orders from recordings.

Was calling and looking for someone else. Lady I spoke to was quite nice when I explained they had wrong number and asked to be removed.
