They called me this morning (4/15/14). I use a cell only.

Over the last several months I have received no less than FIVE calls from these telemarketers.  Reporting them to the federal government has as much effect as spitting in the ocean.  Maybe the current Administration, professing to be so 'consumer-oriented', could use the prowess and telephone tracking abilities of the NSA to shut these people down.

Although Transnational does a lot of telemarketing, I have never had a bad experience on the phone with them.  In fact, they are the company that did our replacement windows and did a fantastic job.  They are a reputable company in business for many years, not scam artists, IMHO.  When they call now, I just tell them I'm not in the market for anything at the moment, and they agree to call back once a year.  No problem.  They do need to pay better attention to do not call lists.

*** WARNING***  These people are crooks. They stole my elderly mothers money saying that they can build her a deck. After calling and calling and calling my mother to sell her home improvements, she was persuaded to set up an appointment. A verry aggressive and arragont "Used Car" type salesman came to her home and wouldn't leave until she signed a contract. After getting a deposit of $11,000 to start the project, It  took 9 weeks for someone to finally return our calls. The owner, Kim, verbally assualted me over the phone when i requested to cancel the contract. He called me a "nobody" because my name was not on the contract. I was just trying to ensure that my elderly mother was not getting ripped off. After doing some research on Transnational Corp. i found that they prey on the elderly and the unknowledgeable home improvement consumer. They subcontract everything they do and may even use undocumented illegal aliens on their jobs.

I got a call from Transnational Construction twice. They were very pushy. I never had any business with them.

I was pulling my hair out with all the "exempt" calls that don't fall under the do-not-call list. The phone rang constantly with charities and poll takers, and those who just didn't care about the DNC list.  I then bought the "Digitone Call Blocker" and PROBLEM SOLVED.  This thing is a little pricey but boy it's worth it.  Today the phone rang once and it was this number, I pushed the block button and I'll never hear from them again.  I can't say enough about this thing, it'll solve the phone problem the moment you plug it in.

Called and said they wanted to offer me a free estimate for vinyl siding and other construction services.  I told them my house was brick and they hung up on me.

I just received a call from this number.  Caller ID just says TC.  Thanks for your comments on this site.

Got a hangup from them today.  (Registered on my caller ID as "TC.")  The number on my caller ID just rings and rings when I call it.  Thanks to this website, I was able to find an alternate number to call them back and complain.  The woman who answered the phone said she would "let the responsible manager know."  Given the complaints posted here, I'm not optimistic.  Thanks, anyway, to those who have shared their info.  These companies are leeches.

Received a call from 703-778-5305.  Asked for me by name, however, I was unavailable.  Got the number that called by using *69.  I am also on the Do Not Call Registry, but, in the last six months am getting more and more unsolicted sales calls.

I too got a call from them this morning. Gotta love caller ID as I now know not to answer the phone when they call again!

We are on the "no call" list.

We have received a call from this number nearly daily for well more than a year. And I am not kidding, you could almost set your watch by it, but it does vary by 5 minutes or so. We answered the first two calls and politely expressed "no interest" but have not answered since. It is now a source of amusement when "TICKH" is announced as the caller on our answering machine. He actually stopped for a few months and one day when the number and TC was displayed again on the TV we laughed and said "TC we've missed you!"

My theory is this is an individual(s) who gets his/her jollies from this. It has nothing to do with selling anything. The pattern, behaviour, and relentlessness is all about OCD and other things.  I believe this is far worse than telemarketing. No company, call center, boiler room, or individual would call the same number and receive no answer for more than a year and keep doing it.  

I am going to report this to the phone company as harassment, and I suspect the results of this will be far more effective than complaining about telemarketing.

The BBB supports them, probably regular donors to RNC.

I received a call and he addressed me by name. I informed him that we did not need windows, siding or roofing and he hung up! Creepy

Got call from Transnational C today. What is the fine for calling if you are on the do not call list?

Sorry the day i ever sign up  on the do not call list i think they sell the list to these people, from i sign up i  start getting these  creep calls from these strange numbers.......

I GOT A CALL FROM TRANSNATIONAL WHEN MY CALLER ID IDENTIFIED THEM I DIDN'T ANSWER, THEY HANG UP AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE EITHER.

Called twice in one evening, left no message on machine.

Hello A Transnational Construction called he said from Springield VA. 703 778-5305.  The caller ID had " CA" on it.
I asked how he got my number but had the wrong name he said, " A real estate listing".  The last name he had was not my name.

My number is on the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) national Do Not Call registry.

I received a call from this number - 703-778-5305 - several times recently.  My Caller ID displayed the letters "TC" and the telephone number.

EVERY TIME I receive an unwanted call such as this one I report it to the FTC using its online complaint format.  It doesn't matter if it is a fake number or not.  I provide the date, time of the call, what Caller ID displayed and the message if there was one.  I have decided to let the FTC know that people are tired of unwanted calls.

These companies/individuals know that most people will not bother to complain to the FTC - that is what they are relying on.  Thus, they stay under the FTC's radar.  Complaining at this website, other than identifying the caller and letting others know they are not unique, does little to stop the calls.

If more people would complain to the FTC and not just complain on this forum, the FTC WILL take action against these annoying callers.  The FTC does not act on one complaint alone.  It takes many complaints before they will take action - but they DO take action if enough citizens complain.
