Credit Card Services:  they call several times daily using a recorded message soliciting lower rates for credit cards.
They say press #1 to speak with an agent.  When you do, another recorded message ensues stating press #1 to speak with an agent.  When you do, it says "good-bye."

I have called the number back requesting to please stop, I'm elderly and disabled.  I have been hung up on.  I have also pressed #3 to discontinue further calls as described in their recorded messages-still keep calling.

On one recent occasion, I acted interested just to hopefully get some mailed correspondence sent so I could write them (return receipt to verify delivery).  They knew my name, and said they would.  When I asked if they had my address, the agent said NO!  I replied, then How can you send me anything!  I was again hung up on.

I have spoken to them ad nauseum explaining my condition, often being awakened, and PLEASE stop.  Yet they continue daily!

Isn't there a way to prove these calls are pure harassment, and subject them to fines?  I've tried every approach, they often find it amusing and entertaining.  Can I use my phone record to verify?  Who oversees this?  I too, am on a national do not call list.

called at 9 am on sat morn. no message, they just hung up when my ans mach picked up.

Number calls 1-3 times daily. No message ever.

Calls daily and leaves no message on my Machine . I do not answer no name calls and I do not return them. If you do call at least reveal your identity . I am on the national do not call list
