I am sick to death of receiving hangup calls from people who do not have the decency to leave well enough alone. STOP CALLING OR I TOO, WILL REPORT THIS TO THE FCC.

actually you CAN get a phone that will allow call blocking. I have one. It takes a few times for it to snag the number before the first ring starts, but worth every dime I paid and I don't have to call the carrier to add a new number I just click block on my caller id.

1st call from them. I didn't answer, they left no message.

received a call from this name and number but when phone answered, no one was on the other end, tried to call back and only got busy signals, We get other calls that do not respond when the phone is answered, what is with these calls, they are ennoying and I wonder if it is some type of scam or what???

We receive these calls on a daily basis. They claim to be a company called "CredX" and help restore my credit.  They are just hoping you will give them all your personal info.

I received the same calls and told them that we do not accept telemarketer calls and was told by first caller (an actual human being) that he wasn't selling anything. He said that what he was offering was free and when I said nothing is free he hung up on me. After receiving a few more calls from this company (all recorded calls) I tried called them back to tell them to take me off of their list all I got was a busy signal.

I received a phone call yesterday afternoon with this # 703-852-4556 and they said they from Medicare and they could order me some supply and ask for my ID # from medicare which I gave them including my secondary without thinking or asking question.
The whole night I've been thinking what a stupid I have done. What shall I do now?
Can you help me with the stupid thing I did.

call received 3/2/12 2:49 p.m. from TriMark Corp. did not answer but when you call their # it's always busy. will report to attorney general as i am already on do not call list also reporting to FCC. I thought a new law had been passed a few weeks ago to stop these calls. I also received a robo call shortly before this call with no information as to name, number, etc. "unknown" caller.

I got a call today from this number.  I listened to the message and it was about anyone in the residents having diabetes or back pain.  If you do not want to receive these calls please hold for customer service.  So I held for about 20 seconds and a gentleman came on the line and asked if he could help me - I politely said "Would you be so kind as to take my number out of the system.  I do not want to receive your calls."  Dead silence - the jacka.. had disconnected the call.  I pay for my phone for my convenience so when I get these calls and I can identify the company I am going to send them a bill for them using my phone line and their rudeness.  I feel bad for Trimark Corp as so scub is using their ID and phone number.  what low life.

I was asked if I had back pain or diabetes.  I replied back pain. I was transfered to 4 people and was told I could get a back brace without no cost whatsoever to me.It would all be paid by Medicare and my supplement policy. I began to question them that it didn't seem on the up an up I finally said I was not interested.

I am registered with "do not call" also yet I am receiving calls from this #.  I, too, did not answer the phone and they hung up on voice mail.  Again what is the use of registering if calls are not blocked.

This company called me 3 times in 2 days.  I decided to listen to what they had to say.  They wanted to know if I was on Medicare, and had back pain or diabetes.  I stated diabetes, and they proceeded to offer me a free monitor, test strips, and lancets, delivered to my door. The deal sounded great,  everything FREE.  I chose not to go further with this call, since I do not make purchases over the phone.   DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION, expecially your SS number.

Unfortunately, unscrupulous people can spoof Call ID and misrepresent themselves on your CID display.
There is nothing that the original phone number owner can do except complain in the same method as users of this site.
Trimark is probably a victim of this, just hope this doesn't happen to you.

I received a robo call this morning (02/28/2012) from 704 852-4556 concerning diabetes or back pain. I did not go any further. Caller ID says TriMark Corp, but this is obviously a spoofed number. Don't blame poor TriMark. Can't the Feds do anything about spoofing?

Obvious robocall scam talking about diabetes and back pain. I allowed the message to finish without choosing to press a number. A few seconds later I was connected to an representative and with that I began to make sound in the phone. I am tired of the calls from these scam artists.  So from here on, I am going to making any and all sounds into the phone. I don't care if its an obscene noise, I am figure if they want to play games, I'll play one of my own.

This company has just called my phone 3 times within the last 30 minutes.  We are on the DoNot
Call list?????   This is very upsetting our health is very bad and it is difficult to get to the phone too.
I Want it stopped.

Got one call at 12:34. Didn't pick up and no message was left.

Just started getting calls from Trimark & Rodale Inc because spouse started subscription to "PREVENTION" magazine.
They sell their subscriber phone numbers to other telemarketers & the calls begin.
Called them at 800-813-8070, told them not to call and they are to reach out to
the other companies, they sold us off to,  to stop marketing. Also, said that the next call
I get will result in a complaint to FCC.
There are some new rules adopted by the government DNC and FCC so some help is on
the way. Otherwise start to block their number.

I can't understand why the FTC is unable to get after these guys.There certainly is enough documentation on line for the FTC to find and act on these unwanted calls

Received 3 of these call different times of day on three separate days. Do not answer because number is unknown to us

My wife took the call.  Seemed to be selling Medicare supplement insurance.  There is a law, but not all are enforced like distracted driving, until the problem gets really big.  That's why I continue to "waste time" with FCC complaints.

Same old phone marketing ploys.
