herdon area code/diabetes....

I didn't answer, says HERNDON VA on it. Didn't leave message. Looked it up here, see it's some kind of Medic Alert Scam. I should probably report it to the Do Not Call Registry but that doesn't seem to do any good. Maybe if they don't leave a message it doesn't count?
 I don't answer if I don't know who it is, if anything legit they can leave a message.

So annoying - we are on the do not call list and yet this company is calling during dinnertime asking if we are a senior suffering from diabetes.  

Definitely some unscrupulous telemarketer.

Recorded message asking me to press if I have diabetes or press 2 if I want to be removed. I pressed 2 and got a customer service rep anyway. When I told him I pressed 2, he hung up on me. Great customer service, huh?

Medical Alert SCAM  on SENIORS     -----making them think they  /ordered product/    from this Company in Herndon ,Va, .............

This # called today around 10:30am. EST.  A woman was on the line saying her name, and she was from some Senior Survey something or other. She said they didn't want any $ just to ask about my physical <?> status.... I cut her off at that point and said I didn't know who she was or who the company was and wasn't going to answer personal questions.  She restated her name and company, but I restated I didn't know her.  So then I told her I was going to hang up and did.

Want these people to stop calling. How are they able to get around the DNC listings???

No voice message left. Caller ID was "HERNDON VA" They are now a blocked SCAMMER. Marked a Telemarketer elsewhere.

I have receiving calls from this number stating that my Medical Alert that I ordered...which I did not order..is ready for delivery. What a sneaky, bothersome message. Is this a scam? Perhaps this company is trying to take advantage of those who are older .Don't know, but I want it to stop.

Same story, here at 5:28 PM EDT June 27.  I answered, but there was no response.  After about 30 seconds I heard the disconnect click.  When I called back, I, too, got the fax machine tone.

None left but ID says Herndon, Va

Yeah I got a phone number from this number as well and just get a fax when I call, my husband answered it and it was a recording he said it said something about diabetes but when someone answered and he told them he wanted off the list all they did was hang up

Caller ID = Not available, no message left
I tried to call back, and got computer or fax tones.
