I had IsI install my alarm and love it.  You guys are freaks thinking they are going to scam you.  Can you find something better to do than complain about call centers ?  get a life weirdos!  And I hope that $500,000 house is a good house for that hard working guy who earned it for him and his family

704-237-3302 is the number that ISI Alarms uses for their RoboCalls.  Their call center is in Matthews, NC at 704-246-5949.

I told the salesman that I was a law enforcement officer and would be calling my co-workers at the Attorney Generals Office if they called one more time.   He acted scared and began to apologize for the inconvenience!

He said it would take 24hrs to remove my number from their database (yeh, I've heard that one before).

The best thing to do is tell the robo that you own the property (that will get you a live person).   Tell the person that you live with your mother who owns the property and that you want her to have an alarm.   Ask if you can upgrade to a medical alarm.   Tell the salesman to wait while you get her.   Come back and say that she's in the bathroom/getting food out of the oven/etc. and will be there in a few minutes (she's uses a walker).   Put the phone down and go about your life.    

I've had telemarketers wait as long as 22 minutes for "Mom" to come to the phone.   They never call back because I've done the ultimate to them... I wasted their time (telemarketers have to make a certain number of calls/sales)

He said that ISI is a licensed dealer for Honeywell and that they use Monitronics as their monitoring center.   There are several Monitronics companies on the BBB website, so it is unknown how they fit in to ISI's scheme.

IMPORTANT.... 800notes.com can not stop the calls.   You need to file a complaint!    If enough people do this, then ISI will have action taken against them.

Called 18006502712 and talked to CS and they took me off their call list. No problem. Thanks for the help!

They are probably one company out there going by the rules. Call em back , and select not to be called again , takes a few days and it stops. Worked :)

Telemarketer call from alarm company.    My number is on the national do not call list.

Have gotten calls from this number 704-237-3302   3 times in last 24 hrs and is same as others mentioned here. Silence for few seconds, then disconnects...so annoying, telemarketing stoops to new low!

This automated telecom calls me at least once or twice a week. I'd like it to stop calling. I don't need an alarm system for my home. I don't even own the home!

They call several times a day.  I am on the do not call list.

Rec'd a call from this number today.  They heard my vm that states that "if this is a sales call, please remove me from their list and do not call again".  I rec'd a msg stating that they will put in a notice to their main office and my number will be removed within 48 hours.  We'll see!

This is annoying, we are trying to deal with hurricane Sandy and this phone number calls every now and then. This is harrassment

This number is calling me, and not saying a word, just keeps calling. So I looked it up apparently it is from a Alarm co and they are robocalls. I want them stopped. Now I've heard everything.  A robo call that tries to fake you out by sounding like a live person!!!!!  I pressed 9 to be placed on their do not call list.   Taking bets on whether or not it will work.

I am 83 years old.  I DO NO BUSINESS VIA PHONE--ESPECIALLY WITH Telemarketers  ISI to be exact.  These calls annoy me.  Stop calling this number!

They use an auto-caller to call you, so just set up an auto-caller to call them.  Here is what you do to set up an auto call to their number using your computer.  It takes just a few minutes.  You can set it up in the morning and have it call them all day long.  They have about a half dozen operators.  So a dozen people auto-calling them will pretty much ensure that they no longer have the ability to answer other calls.

These instructions assume you have Windows 7 and may be slightly different if you have a different version.

1. Make sure you have a modem hooked up to your phone line and that you have unlimited long distance service
2. Open Windows Fax and scan (it comes installed with Windows 7 by default)
3. Select Tools->Fax Settings
5. Under the "Advanced" tab, set the number of attempts to 99 and dial again after 0 minutes.  Click OK.
6. Select "New Fax"
7. For the phone number, enter it >exactly< in this format:  +1 (704) 237-3302
8. Select the "Dialing Rule" drop-down and click "New rule"
9. Click "New"
10. Under the general tab, enter ISI for the location name and "000" for area code
11. Select the "Calling Card" tab and click "New..."
12. Select the "Long Distance" tab
13. Enter "7042373302" for "Access Number"
14. Add four "calling card dialing steps" (make sure they appear in the correct order):
         14a. Click "Access Number"
         14b. Click "Wait for prompt" - then select  "Wait for a specific length of time" and set it to 6 seconds
         14c. Click "Specify digits" - then enter a "1" in the "Digits" field - click OK
         14d. Click "Wait for prompt" - then select  "Wait for a specific length of time" and set it to 98 seconds
15. Click OK button 3 times until you get back to original fax window.
16. Enter some random text for the subject line and the message contents

I just got the call from this number and the company name says Davidson NC, number was 704-237-3302.  When I informed the dummy that we are on the DNC list, her response was OH I understand, thank you.  They understand diddly squat until someone slams them with a big fine and I sure with I could lead that charge.  I hate telemarketers.
