It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Elite Informaion Solutions address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052

robocall spam. no option to talk to human.

No message.  Calls every day.  Might be for "police" related (e.g. PAL).

Been called from this number numerous times but never leaves message.  Caller ID is AdsPlus

We got the same call as noted above.  Our number is on the DO NOT CALL registry.  We do not have caller ID, but the info is identical.

I wonder if there's a possibility of making some money out of this, you know, like when debt collectors call you after you tell them not to call you (it's $500 a call under TCPA laws).I see they're violating NC law but what are the damages?

I'm on both the TN and Federal "Do Not Call" lists ... and they called anyway.  I'm reporting them to the TN Regulatory Auithority.

Caller ID showed this unknown to me number. Mine has been on the National Do Not Call Registry since inception.
Like many others, I simply hit the answer key and laid my phone down until I heard a dial tone.

Robo Call about senior benefits. My number is on do not call list. I pressed "1" and got a real person. I let him know what I think of his robo calls.

So I just started using theirs!

Received a call form this number (704) 288-1797 - they did not leave a message -

Attempted to call the number several times - indicates the mail box is full -

Got a call from 704-288-1797, ROBO call asked if I was a senior citizen and went on to describe all these things we should fear....falling, fire, break-ins..... NOTHING BUT A SCAM to sell you a security system!

google american senior benefits and you will see it's a scam. american senior benefits are working to stop the calls. good for them.

At the end of the recorded message its says "Press 5" to be removed from this list. I did and it said "Thank you for your time, you will not be called again".  We shall see if they call again.

I just got a robo-ad for "American Senior Benefits Program."  Caller ID showed ADSPLUS 1-704-288-1797.  Message said to press 1 to find out how I can get their thing.  I pressed 1 and got a busy signal.

My number is on the national Do Not Call list, but they called it anyhow.

message window in my phone identified caller as from "Adsplus"...I got some guy with a name he could barely pronounce himself "but, you can call me..."

and I said, "you can call me Ray...or you can call me Jay...or you can call me..." but ya doesn't has to call me "Johnson"

long story short- he allowed me to opt out and agreed to no more calls
