Received 2 calls from this number -- January 11, 2014 and January 13, 2014. No Messages left. When I called this number it is for Carolina Medical Center-Northeast Billing Office. After 4 minutes on hold, I was automatically transferred to their voicemail system to leave a message and unable to speak to an actual person.

This is Carolina's Healthcare System - Billing Department. They call to ensure you received your bill, to ask if you have any questions, and as a reminder. It can be annoying at times, but it can also be nice to have the reminders and human conversations (as opposed to automated systems) when you're juggling lots of medical bills. Although, I do wish that they would consistently leave messages just to identify where they're calling from.

Sad to say this is Carolinas Healthcare Systems billing department. They have been calling me 2 times per week. I have a written appeal to Blue Cross/Blue Shield for a denial of payment on well care annual blood work. Private pay here...$895 per month premium/ customer of BCBS for 12 years. Carolinas Health Care spokesperson told me on phone that calls would cease for appeal process. THEY LIED! They still call at LEAST 2 times per week from this number. GOD help our children's generation. Sad really.

this number calls and leaves no message , it also is listed on the same location as 704-686-0329 , it comes back as TEKsystems , Charlotte NC . That is NOT who it is . Yesterday a message was left by an urban type voice saying they needed to contact and needed mom"s contact info or they would send him to a shelter and called repeatedly for 25 minutes . do not fall for this scam !!

this is a call from Carolinas Medical System. they have a harassing policy of calling to make sure you have received your bill, even if it's only been mailed out for a day or two. what's really annoying is they call you and put you on hold before someone answers. i rec'd my bill on 4/15, mailed the check on 4/18, and rec'd a bill on 4/19. the kicker is that they will give you a 20% discount on your bill if you pay by phone. wtf? why not get a discount for paying your bill on time. a**holes.
