Job recruiter. Have a phone interview tomorrow because of them with a large company in my area. They may ask your last 4 of your social and DOB which is strange but I was ok with it since I looked the person on the phone up and she was highschool friends with a close friend of mine.

Yes the call is from a recruiter who wants to conduct the business. I made sure they understand that no one calls with so many direct questions. Usually, they leave an introduction to follow up with. Which she did.....
