I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL THEY DO THE SAME THING TO ME AND THEY HAVE ALREADT SOME HOW GOT  MYY SSN AND CHECKING ACCT INFO JUST WAIT TILL YOU HANG UP AND THEY CALL RIGHT BACK WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER. ONE NUMBER THEY CALLED FROM WAS 206-6224599 AND WE HANG UP ON THEM AND THEY RIGHT BACK SAME PEOPLE WITH THE NUMBER 201-200-9999 AND YOU CAN NBNOT CALL THE NUMBERS BACK THEIR NONE WORKING NUMBERS AND THIS HAPPENEND WITH IN 1 MINUTE APART

YEAH WELL HAVE THEY SOME GOT YOUR SSN OR BANK ACCT WITH OUT YOU GIVING IT OUT. IF NOT TGHEY WILL TRUST THEY HAVE DONE IT TO ME

dff has not only called me from  704 389 0574 but they have called me from 201- 200-9999, and 206-622-4599 calling and stating that i have done fraud and they read off my ssn to me and my old bank aacount number which i have been forced to close because of the bamk inbfo they had gooten from some where i wish i could get some help because these peopl have my ssn and all other  info which really scares me because they have been to make deaath threats to innocent people

this person calls over and over and over again.... well this last time he told me I was a bad person and he was gonna cut my hands and legs off. he said he was gonna take my eyes and sell them. he asked me if i had kids and told me i would never see them again!! all i can say is WOW!!!

I've keep receiving calls from the same caller and after a heated argument between me and the called whom has a middle eastern accent had made comments about 911 and other terrorist plots I think the government needs to get evolved and shut the people down.

I been receiving calls from some person stating I own money from some loan I never applied for. This guys keeps calling and when he hangs up they quickly change there number ,he keeps harassing me at work and on my cell phone .

l  just get a call from 704 389 0574  from paul  boxer he says l took cash  loan which l did not have and he from dff leager court and need to pay now with the f word threatning  to come to my home in next 3 day to get me get my famely also  got my ss number and date borth  l call the number to see where it come from is in north corolina and charlatte also

I just recieved a call from 704-389-0574 Mr. Adrienne Walker who says i took out  a pay day loan , which i did and am paying it back. He said i commited fraud and the cops were coing to my home or my job to arrest me. I work for a law firm and know they can not arrest you for a debt owed. i called my pay loan comapny and they said that it was a scam and to not owrry about it.

this a**le has been calling continously asking for my fiance i informed him that he was not home amd still he insists on calling when my fiance called back he was instructed to call between 5-7est time he asked for the comp name n the guy wouldnt tell him and hung up. They called again today so i called back i asked for the investegation dept and the guy said he was calling for my fiance and said his name i said ok the idiot thought i was my fiance guess the jack*** cnt tell the diff between a woman and mans voice. He instructed to to remain quite until he was finished talkinb and then i could ask question andthat i was being recorded he told me i was being charged with three counts of fraud. Because i couldnt understand his lack of english i made him spell out every damn word he got mad and startdc yelling at me to stop having him repeat himself. I informed him thati was writing everthing down to show my fiance when he got home he started yelling at me about why did i say i was him. I told him well if its beinb recorded u can replay that u asked for my fiance and i said ok and then u told me not to talk. The d***hit got mad and started yelling again threatning me and telling me i was gunna go to jail. Sorry so long but i want everyone to know that this retard is full of shig and all i can say is deny deny deny and change all ur damn info immediatly. Cause trust me he know way too much!!!!!!!

This STUPID person keeps calling me threating me that ima go to Jail because i borrowed a loan that i did not pay back and they want to charge me for it or according to them i will go to jail! im SICK of this person calling me each time with diff names telling me to hold on so i can speak to hes manager!  Something has to be done to stop these scammers! scary thing is, that they have very accurate info about me....i reported the number to BBB and IC3  i suggest you guys do the same and becareful on what information you give out!  all i can say to these scammers that obviously have NOTHING to do and would be better off trying to learn PROPER ENGLISH!!!!!     So F*CK YOU!!! and stop calling me!!!

I received two calls from family members panicing about a person from DFF calling stating that I am a fraud and I will be arrested and thrown in jail.  I did apply for an online loan but dont why they are calling my referrences.  I called the number 704-389-0574, which has an North Carolina area code, a person with broken english answered and started to immediately threaten about jail, losing my job and killing my family. I was heated and I could not keep my composure to talk to this person. Once I started to get to the meat and potato of what the call was for he, just stated I took a loan out in  November or December with the Cash Advance company.  I asked for their number, the balance and for them to send me something in writting.  He immediatly hung up.  I called right back and got nasty, cussed and got into their stuff.  Before I could get any info he hung up, then I called right back and he gave another name, Andrean Walker, I knew that was him so, I remained calmed and asked for info about this so called money that I have supposely received.  He did not give me no more info.  I will call back again and again to let them know that I am serious and to let them know how it feels.  I also will report to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and attorney general for that state of North Carlolina, changed banks, notified my place of employment,  just to let it be known.  I am not just letting this go.  My family has been effected,  I will never, apply for any online loans again.  I have honestly and truly learned my lesson.  I have heard that crooks and crazy people are out there but I didn't think I would be involved in any of this.  Please beware....

I'm sick of this person calling me about a loan I never obtained!  I know it's fraudalent and he was very disrespectful!!!  Seriousy, something needs to be done!!!

Caller continually calls everyday, 2-3 times a day, threatening to have me arrested.  I am sick of him calling and want this stopped.

he calls here over a hundred times a day for lorri monholland we told him to quit calling and he wont my daughter in law told him the she didnt get a loan from them and he said she did well we have proof that no money was ever sent to her account from him she told him to send a registered letter because he a fraud

Danny Archer from Detection for Financial Fraud calls periodically announcing a different name and company with each call.
