Called my do-not-call-registered cell phone.  Reception was so garbled and broken up, I couldn't understand a thing they were saying.  Hung up and no one called back, so I assume it was some telemarketer/scam.

this number keeps calling me 5 to 10 minutes apart everyday. doesnt leave a message . is there a certain time that they are not subpose to call.? my minutes are expensive too! they call my cell phone and house phone.

i got a call today. they ask for you by your first name. it is some arab like voice saying is... there...i say no- then i called bakc- they get all leagal and say the call will be taped. i said to them to stop calling the cell # or I will contact my attorney to prosecute their company. simple as that. what a bunch of idiots! then they still try to dig and ask you questions. DONT answer anything..

Got one from this group today, 8:15 in the morning.  Didn't leave a message and hasn't called back.  Can't imagine how many of these stupid calls we'd get if we were published.

It's a Jamaican crime ring trying to scam people

Just called me, when I read this post I tried to call the number back and although it appears to be a Charlotte, NC number, it shows up as a Russian number on the outgoing call.  I didn't answer.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS #' AND OTHER NUMBERS FROM THE SAME SCAMMERS TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

866-576-1447 HAS CALLED ME EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS 2 MAYBE 3 X'S A DAY.

THEY CALLED 5 TIMES TODAY.  IT IS NCO FINANCIAL.  MY LAWYER SAID TO NOT PICK IT UP.

HOPEFULLY THE DO NOT CALL LIST WILL STOP IT.

I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE EVERY YEAR AND I HOPE THEY WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

They continue to call me after being told I am not who they are trying to reach.  It it happens again, I will use the law and CANSPAM law to get the company in trouble,

I think you can set your cell phone so that this number just vibrates and does not ring.  That's what I did

They are are debt collector for Chase credit cards.  It is NCO financial and they call everyday.

This company keeps calling my phone looking for someone i've never heard of.  I told them that and they don't seem to get that.  Not only do they call 2-3 times every day they also call illegally at 5am and 10pm.  The lawyer I hired is ready to take them to court with all of the phone records and voice recordings i've saved.  Good luck.

Called 3 times in a row Saturday morning. Apparently doesn't like voice mail, but does like harassing by calling repeatedly.

This number has called my cell phone 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I never pick up unfamiliar phone calls. Once the call went to voicemail but they never left a message.  NCO, this corrupt company has called my phone from 7 different numbers, all of which I never answered.

This is a debt collector by the name of NCO.  They are relentless....even if you tell them that they have the wrong number they will keep on calling and calling and calling.  They suck!
