They just hung up when I answered, twice.

This number has called me twice and when I answer there is no one on the line. When I try to call it back, it just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Can you tell me who this number belongs to?

We got one too.  It is from the newspaper we subscribe to.  They wanted to update our records.

I've gotten a number of calls from them.  I just called Verizon and they will allow you to block up to 5 numbers for free.  You may have to wait to talk to someone, but it's worth not having to deal with these telemarketer creeps.

I keep receiving calls in the evening and a dial tone when I pick up.  Today someone was on the other end of the line.  I immediately told them to take us off their list (I am on the national do not call list for a year now).  She says they keep calling until they get someone on the phone, but wanted someone other than me.  I repeated, "Take me off your call list."  She said she would call back later to get the person they intended.

calls several times a day, leaves no voice mail.  also receive calls from the follow #'s with the same caller id:  704-527-8959 and 704-527-8661.  no messages left with either #.

This is a number used for many newspaper circulation departments.    It is to renew subscription for newspaper.

what is this number for?  I received a few calls from them recently, but they did not leave a voicemail.
