Yes, they were the third party collection service for my newspaper.  I requested thru them that the paper be discontinued.  They said done.  Paper kept coming.  They called and stated that we have a $5.95 balance - I said cancel paper.  They said ok - this went on for 2 months.  Called my paper direct.  They said only they could cancel my subscription.  Said I owe them 22.00/mo for the last 2 months.  This is a scam.

I received a call from 704-525-2512, Universal Circulation. They didn't leave a message. I googled the name and their a newspaper subscriber retention service.
