Got a call from this agency, not even regarding my own bill but for an acquaintance. I don't know why, maybe they put me down as a reference somewhere, the agency wouldn't tell me. I declined to take a message since the matter had nothing to do with me and the caller became very rude. I had to laugh out of exasperation and the caller said, "You think this is funny?" in a threatening way.

I got a call from Mrs. Locklear and supposedly she said that they have sent us letters but i got nothing and now she wants me to get pre-paid VISA card to pay my debt, that i didn't even know that i had...  thoughts people?  think i should do anything about this???

I been receiving calls from 1-800-833-3452 and 1-704-529-0286. The guy that leave a voice mail was VERY  rude and spoke aggressively. His   words were that he have tried numerous times in contacting me but got no response {This is the 1st time gettin a call from this number) and that I have 24 hrs to contact him im regards to this matter. (He never gave his name nor what the matter was) I googled the number and it comes up j graham & associates but where is the written documents b4 the harassing calls?? I too feel this is some kind me scam and will b reportin it to not only the FTC but news stations so that they can get the word out to others that may b gettin the calls as well.

I have no clue who this agency is or who they claim to represent.  A message was left on my cell phone.  The first thing is that whoever it was had no clue what my name was, because he didn't even get close.  In addition, the message left demanded I call. The end all was he never said why he was calling, he only left what he called a claim number.

i had gotten this call but i could not answer that the time, i there was a voice mail on my cell phone.   so i hear this schratchy sound and then this man had came on and said to have my husband or my spouce call him. i am a boy not a girl and not GAY, and another thing i only like 16 so im not married

They have been calling  me every week.. I don't owe any dollar to anyone. Should I have to call them back?

I just received a message from some guy named "Mr. Mucci", stating it was in my best interest to call J. Graham and Associates today at 704-529-0286.  His extension is 1007.  Is this the "Muzzi" guy you all have been referring to?  I know I owe monies to some people, but I don't know who he is representing.  Why can't they just send me something in the mail so that I can be sure it's accurate?  I'm not going to return the call.  If it's legitimate, they can send me something in writing.

I have had numerous calls from this number - sometimes two or three times a day.  Today they finally decided to leave a message.  A collection agency as all of you have stated, but why don't they send me a paper statement because I sure as h**l am not sending them any money without one.

But today I got a call from them and they left a VM - she was talking like she had a mouth full of something so a lot of it wasn't clear. It was threatening - told me it was in my "best interest" to call them back today. She left the number 800-833-3452.

The caller " Muzzo" states that they are a collection agency, but will not send a statement. I checked my credit report and the card he is calling about does not show on it. I think this may be a fraud, so be very careful!

Yes, it does seem to be a collection agency and that Muzzio person is very rude, kept calling me while I was at work even though I said I could not talk at the time.  Very pushy, why on earth would I speak to them, I dont even recognize the collection matter they are speaking of.

I just started getting calls from this number.  They leave no messages and if I answer, no one is there.  They will receive a letter from me telling them to stop calling if they can't talk to me or leave a message!

Same situation as Jackie... They keep calling a couple of times a day but never leave a message and if we pick up it disconnects and all we hear is a dial tone.

I've gotten several calls from this company and they always ask for Darlene Thomas (that's a common name and I did know a person by that name in Sacramento, but that was at least 10 YEARS ago). I tried to tell the man that I asked them not to call this number but he felt that since I hadn't asked HIM, it was ok for HIM to call. I'm reporting to DO NOT CALL and to FCC.

Calls at least 2-3 times a day. Never leaves a message. Very annoying

I am filing a law suite against this company. They repeatedly violate the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act. I do owe a bill but they keep calling consistenly at my work even though I have told them I can't take calls there and then the guy starts harassing me about when I am going to call him back. He even went as far as to ask me can't I take a lunch break to call him. his extension was 1009, he was very rude and intrusive and would not stop when I told him he was getting to personal.

They need to check with Freeman Health. I have been paying them directly and since they cash the checks.....I can't be in collections

I have an arrangement to have a debt purged from my credit report if I fullfill payment agreement.  They were to send me a letter prior to the last payment being made, memorializing their commitment to the agreement.  To date I have yet to receive the letter.  When I contacted them today, I was told it was sent on March 1, the date of my first payment, which I find interesting.  Still waiting for letter.

Suggestion:  Do not make any payment until you have letter in hand memorializing agreement.  Also, ask if they have any objection to your recording conversation.  It may be illegal in your jurisdiction to record a conversation without permission or knowledge of other party.  You do not want to do anything in contravention of the law.

I called this company because I saw it on my credit report and they told me what it was for. I didnt even give them my phone number but all of a sudden they started calling me over and over.. I beleive the fair credit act says that it is illegal for them to call so many times like they are just sitting at their desk waiting for the person to answer. My debt was from almost 7 years ago

I'm in the middle of buying a new home. I have worked hard with my mortgage lender to get my credit score up to almost a 700. Just days after my mortgage lender pulled my credit report for the final time, I get a notice on my credit report that my credit report has had a change. Come to find out, it was something from this credit agency and it dropped my score almost 90 points for supposedly owing $323. I have been on top of my credit report for the last 2 years. Also, I have no knowledge of owing anyone including J Graham and associates any money. Everything that has ever reported to my credit report has either been paid off or charged off, most of the charge offs were years ago, and the only three that I paid, were within the last 3 years. I never got any phone calls or anything in the mail stating that I owed anyone $323. I think it's crap that our government doesn't work harder to nail these people to the wall for fraudulent activities and illegal practices! Now I don't even know if it's going to effect me being able to close on my house within the next month or not. Someone needs to take action on this company and their practices!

J Graham and Associates. The woman answered phone I told her by law once off credit report never to be placed back on. i asked to speak to Manager she said pay it and it comes off. I finally talked to a manager named Ken I have talked to you before and I have been in this work over 17 years and dont know any laws once off of credit report that it can not be placed back on. I asked to speak to his boss his reply I am the Manager and you will only talk to me. Ken said the owner is over me and he does not speak to any one on those matters. Ken said as the lady pay it. I told him once off by law it never goes back on credit report and it was off of my credit reports to be placed back on Experian. This company is doing illegal practices. the oringinal creditor is RIVER WOOD MEDICAL
