I received this call from an unknown caller who did not respond after I picked up the phone.  I now blocked this caller from them trying to reach my cell phone.  Yes, you can blocked them on your cell phone.

704.489.3346 is the number they are calling from! Someone needs to do something!!!!

I got a call from 516-323-0050 instead which was also WN Positions.  They seem to have multiple numbers and use the same Bandwidth.com LLC Connection.  Apparently Bandwidth.com LLC has other numbers for this firm.

I contacted the law firm of Heyrich Kalish McGuigan, PLLC in regards to this matter.  I have yet to hear back from them.

The lady also tried to get me to fill out that form and pushed for it.  I refused and also saw it had embedded cookies and there is not just one but rather multiple numbers who is doing this.  I get called in violation of the law and she wants me to post the information again?  That was rude and obnoxious.

Recived calls starting 02-05-2013.  Looked up WN Positions on the net.  Found some other numbers listed in complaints.  I called the numbers and became rather pointed and my remarks degraded as time went on.  Not that I have done all and seen all, but I was spoken to by prison management one time in my life for using foul language in a prison.  Now think about it,  Define foul language in a prison??  Anyway, I am not rich but like a commentor before me,  call these a***oles back and give it to them.  There is NOTHING TOO FOUL to say to a scam artist.  If you get in their shorts, they will leave you alone for a bit.
Oh Yeah,  And I will file a complaint with the FCC today.  If you call BandWidth.com at the office in N.C. they will tell you to go to the web site and fill out a complaint.  I told her the Bandwidth legal department would listen better to FTC or FCC lawyers more than me.

email info@bandwidth.com and tell them they are allowing 720-362-5008 to robo call and that if they do not stop it, they will be part of a class action lawsuit.

so here is another number being used by wn positions 2347380996 at first I was mad they called my minor daughter so I called them...after realizing that "Joe" was a computer talking to me as a real person... so instead I bombarded them by calling them back numerous times each time overwhelming Joe the computer with crazy and outrageous comments...found it kind of fun to mess with them for once...wish I could be there when these scam artists review my calls.

Called me today. obviously a robo call, hung up imediately.   Online search list the number in Lincolnton, NC Carrier is Bandwidth.com Inc

Spoke with VP Lisa Freeman of Bandwidth.com CLEC, the phone company who carries this phone number.  She was unable to identify the caller or who WN Positions is but did agree to apply any charge I invoiced her company for and apply it to the phone bill of this company/scammer on their next monthly bill as a penalty per their illegal pre-recorded or abuse of VoIP technology contract agreement.  I'm a third generation brick mason for high end developments and being out of seasonal work I can't afford to be having people attempt to scam me out of my hard earned money or running up my data plan for all these unsolicited calls.  My phone number is registered with the DNC and I made it quite clear to the phone company that I never give out written permission for telemarketing calls.  But this is a straight up phishing scam and I reported them also to the FCC.  Sending them an invoice of 500.00 for time spent having to deal with this mess.

Same as others..after a pause the caller told me I answered a survey, after I asked him repeatedly what survey, he revealed something about a WalMart gift card and that I noted I was looking for a job.  (I do NOT shop at WalMart and AM NOT looking for a job) He tried to ask me a lot of questions regarding my job status, like "what was holding me back from furthering my career?".  I never answered any of them, but I wanted to see how far he went.  After being completely agitated, I hung up.

This company called multiple times a day.  I finally for sick of being interupted by them calling and answered.  Same as others stated.  I asked to be removed from their list.  They continue to call and three more times yesterday I told them I do not shop at Wal-mart, I did not take a survey and I am not looking for a job so renmove me from the list.  They just keep hanging up on me.  I guess I will just have to be annoyed by then ringing in when I am on the phone because they do not seem to be going away

Same here -- it took a while for anything on the other end, and almost sounded like the guy was a recording. He said something about a survey that I hadn't taken, so I hung up.

Answered the call. After saying "Hello" three time, the caller pick up the phone and said he was with some company (I didn't recognize the name) and was responding to an online survey. I hung up after telling him I had no idea what he was referring to.
