Just got the same thing but from 1-713-502-2964. I thought maybe it was true as Rogers has Top up and Win contests so I thought it might be that but then I realized it wasn't a Rogers website.
Obviously they keep changing their number so they can't get caught. What happens if you go to that site and enter the number... does anyone know?

Same message received from 1-347-703-8467. Clearly it's a scam and a violation of privacy and IP laws. The real Apple.ca should be taking steps address what is fast becoming an intricate phishing scheme. Wake up APPLE! Shut these idiots down!

I just recieved the same message.You've won a free i pad same apple address.
However they must have changed the phone number . Mine was from
1-540-406-2868.
What I would like to know is how they can hook up to my phone number .
I myself didn't enter any contest as well.
Whoever or whatever Company is responsible for this should cease or be held
responsible for some kind of soliciting violation.
I didn't respond to this, in my opinion the scam.

Got the same text message on my cell and same code "6470" from 14127364930. I don't recall entering any contest. My location Toronto Area , Canada. Looks and smells like a scam. If it sound too good to be true; it probably is.
