I had ordered Charlotte Bobcats tickets and a person from the Front Office called to follow up on ticket purchase and if I had any questions about them or the arena, etc. Nice courtesy call probably because the were club seats and they want to provide good customer service! Also, the tickets were purchased via the Ticket Master resell site (ticketsnow.com) so that actually makes me feel better knowing that they are really legit tickets :)
